Bob Mills FurnitureReviews of bobmillsfurniture.com

Excellent experience from beginning to end.

We went through three love seats before we got one that was acceptable.

We have purchased living room furniture and three bedroom sets, and a new mattress from here. The sales experience is great. But we have been trying to resolve a warranty issue since October or November of last year. My daughter’s mattress has been on the floor this whole time. That’s too long.

I kept getting conflicting information on when my sofa and ottoman would be delivered. The ottoman was delivered much later than I was told. I was not comfortable with the sales people, as they were not familiar with the products although they pretended to be. Some of it was ridiculously wrong! When I was checking on having a recliner custom-made, they were supposed to check with a manager regarding my questions, and get back with me. I checked back twice and never got my questions answered. I doubt I will do business with Bob Mills again.

Supervisors and Sales Personnel with integrity, goes out of their way to insure quality furniture is what you get for a reasonable price. They back up what they promise you in a timely manner. Very easy to walk around without someone tagging along with you unless you want them to. Greeted with a smile, no pressure. I will buy from them again.

Public relations of staff is great. They have patience & your satisfaction is their goal Thank You.
