We are in Brazil and have been customers for a long time. We offer high performance systems for conducting online auctions and today we conquer 50% of the market. This result would not be so positive if it were not for the work and dedication of the Bobcares team. Regardless of the time difference and language difficulties, we are always attended to with speed and precision. Thanks to the whole team for being part of our success story.

Bobcares is the best server management company I have found so far. They saved my server and so the business by giving me high priority support. They have a wonderful team with a piece of great knowledge. It is for sure there is no other company which can compete bobcares in terms of professionalism and knowledge.

Useless. Western Prices offshore quality.. they may be fine for light jobs, but, anything complicated is fully useless. I had the title of the problem with the actual error in it. Then, after more than a week of going back and forth.. the tech told me I have an error.. which was the same as the title I submitted it as. No joke.

Hi George, We apologize we could not fully solve your issue to your satisfaction. We admit it was a perplexing problem that was difficult to diagnose, much less immediately arrive at a solution. The issue presented itself intermittently only when end users performed certain actions. Our techs had to wait for the issue to pop up to take further action. Each time this happened, we had a small window of opportunity in which to try various solutions. The logs didn't have enough information to help us diagnose the problem. It took a week for us to try various solutions and narrow down the potential causes. Each time our techs managed to isolate the error, they informed you. That's why the tech updated you with the same error reported by you. I do believe that our techs tried their best to solve what was admittedly a tough issue on a server that was not managed by Bobcares. Our engineers are good and they worked hard on this case. We do recognize however that we cannot solve every case that comes our way. That's why we have a full refund policy which we have already extended to you. We do wish the outcome was more to your satisfaction, and hope you do have luck solving this issue. Thank you Sangeetha Naik Director, Bobcares.com

A server of ours had started to become unstable. Due to my workload (being an engineer myself), I didn't have time to investigate and troubleshoot the issue. I needed somebody I could trust to take care of the issue. Bobcares picked up where I left off and resolved the issue within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend!

Hi Jack, Thank you so much for your 5 star review. We are so glad we could help out when you needed help with your server issue. Servers can behave unpredictably due to a variety of obscure reasons. Getting the right people on the job is so important so that they can get in there and diagnose the problem and solve it in time. We are so happy we could help you. Your review made our day! Thank you Sangeetha Naik Director, Bobcares.com

The staff has been able to figure out everything I have thrown their way. On a seperate note, I was having an issue with a MAJOR USA based managed hosting provider's support team. They kept giving me the run around, and either could not or didn't want to figure out the issue for over a week. I sent the same ticket details to Bobcares and they resolved it in 15 minutes.
