Just started with Bobcares
Just started with Bobcares. Our servers are at a very good data center and the support at the data center has been good, but it was reactive, not proactive. The support was good if we saw a problem and contacted them. Now with Bobcares, they contact us if there is a problem. This removes from us the pressure of having to check things on the server if we had time and allows us to concentrate on the things we do well. Also, when we receive a notice from Bobcares we can decide if it is something we can fix, our data center can fix or we have Bobcares fix it.
