Excellent communication & service
Despite experiencing a problem which was very difficult to quantify, the team were able to resolve it very effectively. Furthermore, they provided further information and took additional steps to avoid re-occurrence. Throughout the process the communication was excellent despite the uncertain nature of the issues being worked on.
