wow! what a joke. The add itself, the cost $97/2 weeks. you have to ask over and over for stats and then its 2 categories. One being how many people viewed the make and model of my boat, not actually my boat. I've put the exact criteria of my boat in a saved search and I get a dozen emails a day for the same boats and never mine. What a racket. Customer service keeps you on hold for ever.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Actually, I don't think they know what customer service means. Can not edit our ad to reduce the boat price and manage pictures. Have tried to contact Boat Trader by phone or email, multiple responses no answer. Save yourself money and time- do not use.

Never got any resposes from BoatTrader other than scam to send money for a report on the boat. They charge a lot with no results. And if you sell your boat somewhere else they will not give you a refund for the remaining time. I think they are a scam.

In listed my sailboat The only contacts I got were three separate scans- send me money or signe up for a boat survey- pay up front- never asked about details re my boat… I tried to edit my info on the listing but couldn’t get on! Now I feel that I have been scammed by boat trader.

I revived an auto renew notification by email that included a deactivation link. The link would not allow me to deactivate in three different web browsers. I then called and was sent to voice mail where I stated the listing number and requested deactivation. As a third attempt, I sent an email so that I had it a record I could provide to my bank. In that email I stated I would consider an additional charge as unauthorized. Sure enough I received an auto renew email and contacted my bank disputing the charge. Everyone that has been scammed should contact the bank that issued your card.

Any business that makes you call (in this case to cancel an add) are crooks. If I pay for 2 weeks then take it down after that time. Ended up canceling mine early worried I’m going to forget do to being on vacation. I will never use them again. Greed!! It’s never enough.

I would not recommend Boat Trader. I paid for their highest tier sales package and my boat is no where near listed at the top of their site like they promise. Don’t waste your money!!!
