Customer NO Service Left 2 phone messages and 4 email messages with NO RESPONSE. Sent complaint email to corporate in Miami. No response. It is amazing this service is still in existence with such low, low ratings. Good space for a competitor that can deliver. UPDATED 4/23/26 🤗 BT got back to me and was extremely apologetic about my complaint. They more than made up for it so I am an extremely happy client. I have sold and purchased boats through this website so really like the results. My only beef was the non-response issue. Rate the BT site as 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
