Bryan is a Rockstar. He was able to walk through the schematics with me and help me order the correct parts for my outboard. He honestly couldn't have been more helpful and congenial, I will be ordering all of my parts from Boats.net after this experience!

I got what I ordered when you said I would at a moderate price. But I'd rather talk to a real person to order things to insure i get the right product.

My mechanic mis spoke on a part and I had to call a representative after placing an order online 20 minutes earlier. Representative was able to correct my order and get all the parts sent out that day. He was friendly and understanding Great Experience

Boats.net, what a 100% positive experience finding our outboard engine ignition switch on a 34 year old motor. Don at Boats.net is simply a really dedicated person helping us. He spent more time than ever expected finding the Ignition Switch needed. Don was fantastic, he even did more extensive research to locate part, he called me back and even the price was reasonable under $30.00 plus a little for shipping. My honest opinion is Don passed the test for helping people in need of a hard to find part. Thank you Don and management team having Don at your service. Don is employee of this month April 2026 for Boats.net 🚤. I recommend offering him (2) days off with pay 💰… My name is Dean in Tennessee and a real honest review with no sugar coating! 931 349-6011

Very long "processing and shipping" times, 100% not worth the hassle. Made purchase 7 days ago and usps still doesnt have the package and I paid the extra for "expedited" shipping. STAY AWAY!
