I recently ordered an Airdopes 200 Plus on their website and got an empty case without both the Airdopes. I made a complaint to them immediately, but numerous communications happened in between, but all gone in vain. They confirmed that they delivered the material in tact. But, I couldn't find any magician between us, who can make it disappear without opening the box. It is a pathetic experience, I had during my lifetime with a company like boAt, who sells its own product delivering such an injustice to ordinary customer like us. They do not want to accept the fault happened at their end and they delivered the empty box with a different colour instead I ordered. Please beware of such fraudulent companies, who loot our hard earned money in this way. At last, I left with no option other than throw the empty case in the bin.
