Boat is just important there products from china.. it's not manufactured by boat it's manufactured by some cheap chinese manufacturer.. this products can barely able to work for 6 months.. then you'll get 2nd shock it's there after sales support it's the worst support I've ever scene in any brand.. seriously boat just wants to earn money but they don't want to give after sales support, what service agent tell you after warranty is that they don't provide service after the warranty expires.. they what are you doing if you don't provide after sales support.. seriously aman gupta is doing biggest scam in india.. he's scamming the people in the name of lifestyle.. and your company is not no.1 yet idiot stop scamming the people

I’m beyond frustrated with Boat and their so-called customer service. I bought a product from them that stopped working within the warranty period, so I registered a complaint. They initially agreed to exchange the faulty product, and I thought the issue would be resolved. A few days later, I received a message that the replacement was delivered – but I NEVER received anything. No product, no call, no update. I immediately contacted their customer care via email and phone. At first, they acknowledged the issue and said it would be resolved “within a few hours” or “a couple of days.” That was over a month ago. Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails, made numerous phone calls, and every single time, I get the same robotic response: "Our team will contact you within 24-48 hours." Guess what? They never do. They took my original product, never gave me a replacement, and now I’m left with nothing. No product, no resolution, no support. Just false promises and zero accountability. It feels like they are just stalling until I give up. Boat has absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. They do not care about their customers once they have your money. This experience has been mentally exhausting and a total waste of time. To anyone thinking of buying from Boat – DON’T DO IT. If anything goes wrong, you’ll be stuck in a never-ending loop of lies and delays. Save yourself the stress and choose a brand that actually respects its customers.

My experience was good but you can improve it little bit more. It's too expensive for a middle class person to buy. Your quality of product is outstanding there is no compromise in quality. You can go for more electronic products which are available at High rate in other company. All is good just improve in your rate. Your quality is awesomeeee.

Worst and low quality products. I have used manyand now I'm switched to Sony. Not Bluetooth friendly, low quality material and it can harm your ears.

I had purchased boat basheads 100 earphones from Amazon. After 2-3 days one side stopped working so I raised a complaint in the website. It asked me to upload an invoice, so I uploaded the image of the hardcopy of the invoice I had received from Amazon. And multiple times the company e-mailed me to re- upload invoice as it wasn't 'clear'. I even tried to upload a clear invoice still it kept asking me to re- upload. I had even upload a very clear digital image and the company mailed that I have reached max attempts for warranty. Never purchase from boat, local companies are much better.

No delivery on prepaid product, no refund provided even after many calls and mails

I ordered the airdopes 181 pro (order ID 8019547) on 14th of may 2025 and it was prepaid order and without contacting me the delivery agent returned the product to the boat warehouse and since then I am asking to refund my amount but the customer care is doing nothing just asking me to wait more and more. Do not buy Boat product they are fraudsters....

Ordered a boat 580 portable bluetooth speaker pine green, a half filled water bottle of sprite was given in the box. And now when I am complaining to the customer care they are saying to wait for 48hrs without proper acknowledgment that also for 2 times. This is how they treat customers.
