1-star review: Very disappointing experience. My order arrived in terrible packaging. The package was opened and everything inside was loose and scattered, and one of the sensors arrived broken. I contacted BMWPartsDeal multiple times and provided the part number, order/invoice information, and photos of the damaged sensor and packaging. Despite sending this information repeatedly, they keep asking me for the same things and claiming they have not received the required photos. Instead of simply reviewing what I already sent and replacing the damaged part, they have wasted a lot of my time and caused unnecessary frustration. I really regret ordering from this company. Based on my experience with the packaging and customer service, I would not recommend BMWPartsDeal to anyone.

Website states that the product “will ship today!” Then they email: ‘By replying "I accept", you are agreeing to accept a non-returnable/non-cancellable part on your order’ Same email “Note: This email was sent from a notification-only address that cannot accept incoming email. Please do not reply to this message.” There’s a chat but you can’t enter text. I logged in and submitted a form to cancel my order but it probably went nowhere Also, their website shows TrustPilot score of 4.5, it’s 3

Sent the wrong BMW part and still haven’t issued my refund BMWPartsDeal sent me a different part from the one I ordered. I ordered part 51-11-7-338-569, but received part 51-76-7-326-507. They approved my return, and FedEx confirmed that the package was delivered to their return facility on September 1, 2026. Their email stated that the refund would be issued within five business days after receipt and inspection. That period has now passed, but I still have not received my $69.87 refund or a meaningful response to my follow-up emails. The mistake was entirely theirs, yet I have had to spend considerable time chasing them to get my money back. Very disappointing customer service. I will update this review if BMWPartsDeal resolves the matter promptly. Order: CB85275115 - Update: BMWPartsDeal has now issued the refund and the matter is resolved. I appreciate the resolution

For months I’ve been looking for a OEM 326m wheel for my BMW and I found that while trying to search for one, it seemed close to impossible while trying to find a trustworthy seller and BMWpartsdeal.com came about. What made this purchase exciting was that out of all the prices for this wheel I found it was comparably cheaper than other places and with more research I decided to go with them. Like any other professional company, BMWpartsdeal sent a confirmation number immediately and tracking was in my inbox by the next day. Me thinking that either this is going to be longer than the expected delivery, it actually delivered to my door a week early which and at that moment I was so sure that I’d go with BMWpartsdeal when I need major parts. My BMW is a 2011 BMW Z4 35is and it hasn’t been easy trying to find parts for it, but BMWpartsdeal has made it so easy!
