Absolutely horrible. And they don't even have humans to talk to, just clankers. I paid about 1600 for a part. Got a confirmation email from them. My account was charged. Then thry tried to say i need to pay another 1600 via paypayl, to circumvent the use of my credit card. To summarize, they tried to get me to pay twice. And they wanted to make sure that I couldn't get a refund by getting me to pay using paypal. Super scam.

They confirmed fitting of the brake pads for my BMW X3. They sent the wrong disc pads. Because I was out of the country for 2 months, I was not able to see, compare, and install the disc pads when they arrived. When I returned and saw the wrong parts, I emailed them twice explaining to them the out of my control reason for the delay, and asked for RMA (refund or credit) but they refused while hiding behind their policy terms,discounting the fact that they messed up. I have 2 BMWs, but I will not buy any parts from this faceless entity again. I will let my friends and associates know about this supposedly entity. I do not recommend buying any parts from this CA faceless entity. I question their professional and business integrity. You may lose your money!
