Impossible to get live person for help + VIN number
Impossible to get live person for help. To get access to Chat, must have a 17 character VIN. Older cars (1974 BMW 3.0CS) only has a 7 character VIN. Very frustrating!!! I do like that they have access to some hard to find parts, however.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be when our VIN requirements don’t work with older vehicles. Our VIN system is designed around modern VIN formats, so older vehicles may require additional assistance to identify the correct parts. We’re glad you were still able to find some hard to find parts through our site, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve the experience for older vehicles. Your feedback is essential for improving our services.

The BMW OEM windshield wipers I ordered…
The BMW OEM windshield wipers I ordered were shipped in a box too small for their length and arrived sticking out through a hole on the end. The risk of damage to this or any part is unacceptable. I don't think I need to say more.

Bad RMA department return system
Bad RMA department return system. They are looking for an excuse not to return a part that they themselves sent incorrectly (the website shows that the part fits, but in fact it does not fit the connectors). Keep the mailing label, because if you throw it away there is no way to return the item. They pretend they can't return it without the number on the mailing label. Even if there is an order number, date, original packaging, they still can't. +1 point - good quality part

Parts looked refurbished. No instructions. Packed loose so they scraped against each other.
