I’ve used BlueRibbon many times and it’s always, 100% of the time; been an amazing experience. The team is super professional and the service is just easy to use. I will use them on every trip in the future.

Have been selling Blue Ribbon Bags with confidence, as I was eager to support a company that would help alleviate the trauma of lost baggage. That confidence was recently put to a test when one piece of my client's luggage (yes, I'm a travel agent) didn't arrive in Athens. It took a total of two days and constant status update from Blue Ribbon (nothing from the airline), but the luggage was eventually recovered and delivered to the client's hotel. It was a very good experience knowing that someone was actively searching and monitoring the situation. Talk about peace of mind! I will continue to rave about their services!

Ive been using Blue ribbon bags for my clinets (I have a travel agency) in one week I had 2 different situations, one in Mexico and the other in Tel Aviv, both cases were solved satisfactory with BRB, in my 35+ years in the travel industry I can say this is THE MOST EFFICIENT luggage tracker nowadays, 100% trustable

I only work with my Rep, CD Lazer, who handle this problem with urgency, very efficient and with great patience. He kept me up to date and I could see all the mails sent to my clients as BRB kept in touch with my clients during the whole time. I will definitely keep selling BRB to my clients.

I didn't even know I had the service included in my package. Thankfully, I got my baggage within 24 hours.

I had a great experience with BRB. I filed my claim in the mandated 24 hours and they expedited its return. I would have been screwed without them.

After my luggage was delayed, it was wonderful to have the Blue Ribbon Bags service to communicate with the airlines for me. Unfortunately, my luggage was not located during the 96 hour period, but Blue Ribbon Bags was very prompt about sending the satisfaction guarantee payment. I would definitely recommend using them.

I recently traveled from the US thru Canada on my way to Manila Philippines for my retirement. Much to my dismay Air managed to loose my luggage for the connecting flight. I filed a claim with Blue Ribbon Bags and in less than 10 hours they were able to locate and confirm that my luggage was found at the Manila Airport, of course it came on A later flight than the one I was on. This service to me was well worth the 10 or so dollars I spent. I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone traveling especially outside of the Continental United States.
