It is a scam, they dont give you money when you lose your luggage. You are not abled to sleep, because you have to give them so much information within 24 hours and then they say you didnt give them enough information. It is a horrible organisation and it is a waste of time. Do not ever use their services. They will not help, only waste your time

Save your money! We did everything and was denied. We filed our paperwork as soon as we reached our final destination and realized the luggage was lost. We emailed them that it was lost within 12 hours. The final reason for denial was that our connecting flight at Heathrow was cancelled and changed and we did not call them with notification of the change. They only communicate through email. Save your money!

Am trying to file a lost baggage complaint but couldn’t do so .. phone support is an automated one and which asking to to enter the agreement number which is almost 20 digits and plus alpha numeric .. the website kept on telling me that service agreement no is invalid … your email support is not getting back to me either.. what’s the whole point of buying your service when it’s completely a nightmare..

Blue Ribbon did not provide service agreement nujmber 16 hours after landing and deny the claim stating that I did not file my report within 24 hour limit of landing. There is no way I could file the report without service aggreement number. This is outright cheating

I tried to give 0 stars but no option for that. This so called service is Not helpful. Did not assist with locating my suitcase or paying for delayed bag as was promised. Furthermore they waisted my time and money and claimed via email that they resolved this case. They did not.
