Do Not buy this . They closed my file consider the baggage was delivered but when we contacted air port they said the baggage didn't even arrive. I emailed them with the Airport confirmation but they insisted that my baggage has arrived and file is closed.

This Service is maybe for dump Americans good enough! Screw this Company!

I recently flew Venice, Lyon and on to Dubrovnik. My suitcase didn't arrive. They give very limited time to report your loss, then require details of what is in your suitcase. They denied my claim, saying my suitcase was on the flight with me. 2 days later it was reported still in the originating city. Total waste of time, effort, and hope. Id give them less than one star.

My flight was delayed ( flight W4 2974 on 29.05.24 Hurghada-Vienna) for one hour and I found out my blue ribbon protection was counseled. I have mailed to blue ribbon bags and let them know it.After I have read some reviews I understood that is a fraud 😐. What can I do now?

JUST --- A --- SCAM. Don't even think about it. You will waste your time and money. As soon as you run into a problems, they will try their absolute best to dismiss ANY obligations, in the rudest way possible. Just don't do it. There are too many others mentioning the same thing, and if this is not enough proof of how terrible this scam of a service is, I don't know what is.

Habe den "Service" bei meiner Buchung über Kiwi dazu gebucht. Eigentlich ist das schon das falsche Wort, da von Service keine Spur. Das komplette System ist darauf ausgelegt, dass die groß angepriesen 1000$ pro Gepäckstück niemals gezahlt werden. Deren Erklärung: das es sich um ein Service handelt, der das Gepäck wiederfindet, nicht um eine Versicherung. Nur haben die gar keine Möglichkeiten, außer bei der Airline nachzufragen, was Stand der Dinge ist. Danke, das kann ich auch. Erst muss man innerhalb von 24 Stunden den Fall melden und die Bestätigung der Verlustmeldung von der Airline einschicken. Innerhalb von 24 Stunden im Urlaub, das ist sportlich. Dann kommen nachfragen, teilweise nachts um 2, welche innerhalb von 12 Stunden beantwortet werden müssen, sonst habe man keine Ansprüche mehr auf die beworbene Entschädigung. Letztendlich wurde mein Anspruch, mit Verweis auf die AGB, abgelehnt. Ich hätte, wenn das meiner Ansicht nach nicht richtig ist, 12 Stunden Zeit Einspruch zu erheben. Habe ich Fristgerecht gemacht, wurde wieder mit der gleichen Begründung abgelehnt, ohne auf meinen Einwand einzugehen. Wie als hätte sich das gar niemand angeschaut. Klare Sache nie wieder. Das nächste Mal buche ich eine richtige Gepäckversicherung
