The installation was put in really fast. It looks good up there on our roof. They did however leave a few things and a tiny bit of garbage, but that didn't bother us much.

Like - the person supporting the sales process was very knowledgeable and responsive. Like - the electricians. Ok - the installs crew. There is a damage to one of my gutters, the lead person said they will report to the corporate for replacement and no actions thus far. Dislike - process after the sale was done was rather disjoined and lots of delays. We signed this agreement in Dec 2024 and the system was finally live in late Sept 2025 after originally slated for completion in March 2025. There was an issue that needed remediation (new electrical unit design, approval, implementation, inspection) etc and just like that 6 months passed. I kept getting the same thing shipped multiple times (labels/decals) and finally none of it was installed. There was no handover of the system / how to access the app for monitoring production etc. There is supposed to be a sealing of the disconnect and it’s unclear when that will be done. Just like that, the process is over with loose ends ( uninstalled labels, documents in ziplock bag that is hanging by the meter, no follow ups on the damage, sealing the disconnect etc) Rather frustrating experience overall. Yet to see how the experience with applying for tax credits goes.

Installation went smoothly, and equipment and personnel arrived in the timeframes expected. The project was delayed for 6 months by permit issues - it would have been great to have received regular updates to confirm that this was the ongoing status. Instead, I had kind of given up on the whole thing, then got a text saying that installation would be in a few days. Delighted to have it done, but it would have been nice to know what was going on instead of having to check in myself repeatedly while waiting for permits.

The crew was well equipped to finish their task. They seemed very knowledgeable about their job. They worked with precision. The electrician was very helpful with questions l had. He explained the things I had questions about with terms I could understand.

The installation team arrived within the given time. They explained in detail what they were going to do & why. They double checked that the placement of lines on the side of the house was acceptable. They were polite and quick and cleaned up thoroughly when done. They explained the next steps before leaving.

Took awhile for permit which I understand. But some of communication wasn't good, when having to get papers notarized. Otherwise all was good, installers were very polite. Everything pass with inspector, just have to wait on United Power. Robin L

It took a very long time to go through the permitting process. The team was mostly responsive to inquiries. The installation was promptly scheduled once the permitting was done. The installation team was professional. I didn’t get enough info about how to use the system that was just installed and a follow up request to get more info has not yet been answered. I am also not clear on what is supposed to happen next related to final inspection and connection to the electrical utility for bidirectional connection.

Installers were courteous and friendly, the company kept me up to date weekly with the progress. Could have used a reminder about next steps after the install- inspection, etc.
