Wonderful and effective products

I have purchased a number of Blueland products including had soap, laundry soap, booster, toilet cleaner, and glass cleaner and I am really happy with them all. I love the fact that the packaging on the refills is compostable. Great products.

I've tried most of the products: - multi-surface cleaner - leaves streaks on my stove - glass cleaner - leaves streaks on my mirror - laundry tablets - works pretty well (need a stain remover for grease stains) - bathroom cleaner - nozzle clogged ended up pouring contents on a sponge to clean - dishwasher tablets - does not do a good job on the pots I use to make oatmeal, now I only use if dishes aren't especially dirty - dish powder - kind of like this. best for sprinkling on your sponge or dishes. Not great if you like to fill the sink with soapy water - doesn't dissolve very well wondering why they don't recommend the multi-surface cleaner for floors and if they'll come up with a floor cleaner. I will try hand and body washes when I need to restock those

After I used up my current supply of dishwasher tabs I switched to Blueland’s. The tabs clean well, leave no residue, and I especially liked that there’s no plasticy wrapping on them. Thanks!

Blueland is a great company that is friendly to the environment and my wallet! Shipping is always super quick and reliable. I have been using the laundry tabs for about a year now, they work great and last forever! Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for low-waste household products.

I ordered a few days before the July 4th weekend and Blueland customer service was very helpful in getting it shipped. The bathroom cleaning tablets and laundry booster are excellent products. The toilet cleaner scent is delightful. Thank you, Blueland.

Use to love Blueland. For about 6 months we’ve used their hand soap and dishwasher tablets (both worked well). We’d also given their powder dish soap a try and had been using it for around the same amount of time. However, I would notice that some of our refill packets were perhaps more finely milled than others. I started to notice that the powder would constantly puff up into the air, no matter how carefully I poured it into a damp sponge. This would instantly irritate my lungs and I would cough for hours. I thought maybe the first time it happened it was a bad batch so I continued ordering refill packets, would even hold my breath when doing the dishes because I knew that this soap was one of the more sustainable options out there. Once I realized the risk on my lungs was no longer worth it to me, I submitted a review on their site stating that I would no longer be using the dish soap for those reasons, but that I still enjoyed the other few products I’ve tried. Blueland reached out via email and insisted that I give the dish soap another try, and offered to send it free of charge. But, I noticed that my review had not been published. I told them, no thank you, and that I’ve tried the dish powder many times with the same result. I also asked that they publish my review. They emailed back, pushing further that I try another free refill from them, and that they would soon post my review. I told them no thank you, again. About a month later I check their website to find that they had still not published my review. However, there were many new 5 star reviews being published every day on that same product. I emailed Blueland again and told them that I found it shady that they haven’t posted my review and that I would like it posted. They’re response was that my review was posted. But it wasn’t, and still isn’t. This resulted in my stopping use of Blueland’s products altogether, and I will no longer support the brand as I find it dishonest with their customers. I’ve shared this with a few of my friends that also use Blueland and they’ve stated that they are also considering the same, as they’ve had problems with the customer service as well; 2 of which have had the same issues—the pump on their hand soap was no longer working and Blueland would not send a replacement until they mail and have received the broken part. Just bad customer service all around.
