I love their foaming soap tablets! great smells, easy to dissolve and no plastic bottles. They are effective and pleasant, I will keep ordering.

I got a refill for the laundry tablets, and they smell bad. I don't recall the initial set having a smell at all, let alone a bad one. Maybe I got a bad batch, but the tablets smell like onions or BO. I am using them, just with laundry scent boosters, because I hate wasting, but I probably won't order again unless they get a new kind. Super disappointing.

I love this company. I’m truly obsessed with the hand soaps. All the scents are gentle and great, and I love the reusable bottles and the compostable packaging. I recently began using the cloud cloths and the pop up sponges and I’ll only be reordering more to stock up!! I can’t wait to switch over to more of their products.

I really like the Blueland products that I have tried. I love the reusability and refills by tablets with H2O!! This is a very practical and useful way to reduce trash and live in a sustainable manner!!!

So far, we've loved all of the Blueland products we've tried, including hand soap, shower gel, dishwashing powder, laundry tabs, and sponges. It took a little bit to get accustomed to the hand soap, since we were used to very thick get, but now we realize we don't need so much water at first to lather and then rinse. We feel better about using less plastics and creating waste, as well as using products that are less harmful to ourselves and the environment.

I absolutely love Blueland’s products. I love that they are safe for the environment and are plastic free.

Sponge and soaps are great. Dish powder not so great

I made a refill purchase about a week and a half ago for roughly $100. Today, I noticed I had an email offering a 'Free Gift' for a new and larger Tin for the dishwashing tablets. Because the offer expired in a couple weeks I went ahead and made a new order for the 'Free Tin'. I totally expected to pay shipping, but I must have forgotten to click the 'Apply' button when I inserted the promo code they provided. Thus paying for the Tin. I reached out to customer service to make them aware of my mistake and see if I could get refunded for the Tin. They said the Tin must have been purchased with an additional item in order to give a refund. I told them that I just made a $100 purchase a week ago and provided the transaction #. They then said they could not honor the refund bc the promo code was not applied. So which one is it? I never planned on purchasing a new Tin in the first place, and feel as though I was tricked into purchasing one. I went ahead and canceled the order so that I could get a refund on the 'Free gift'.
