BlueflyReviews of bluefly.com

Won't waste any more time talking about this shady company. Doesn't return emails or phone calls . Phone reps are basically illiterate and they try to cheat customers out of refunding for return shipping on the wrong size sent. NEVER I repeat NEVER buy from this scam operation ! Only wish I had read all these horrible reviews before I ordered from them.

I can never get an answer from this company. Everytime I contact them, they tell me my order is processing and will ship soon. JUST SHIP THE DARN THING! I ordered some Helen Jon bathing suit bottoms, they didnt have the top so I ordered that elsewhere. The other company already shipped and I have received the item, so now I am waiting on the other half to my suit.... that apparently hasn't even shipped yet. No one can give me an answer as to where or when my purchase it. Customer service is useless... I dont even know where this company is located, but I will never order from them again.

I bought a pair of shoes, described as leather. When they came, they were plasticky patent leather and too small. When I tried to return them, the site accepted the return in principle but requires a mailing label, which they did not provide. I called Customer Service and got a phone company recording saying that the number was no longer in service. (I tried multiple times and checked the number.) So I tried calling their international Customer Service number and got a recording saying that the mailbox was full.

Ordered three sweaters..order process fine..received and two were of inferior quality for price. When I try to return the sweaters one of them they said was a final sale which when purchased was not disclosed. Upon finally, after three tries, reaching someone in customer service I sent a screenshot and they agreed to allow the return and refund for the two sweaters. I promptly returned the items of which they received it has now been One month since they have those items in their possession and I have yet to receive a refund. The entire return process has been a nightmare. Too many emails and phone calls to count this is totally unacceptable Think twice before ordering from bluefly.com!

Here we go..... I ordered a pair of Ray Ban Sunglasses last year. Because back then Bluefly did not have an option to ship to New Zealand I gave them my NZ Post Youshop address in the USA. NZ Post would then send the Item to me in New Zealand which is a great service from NZ Post :-) On my Bluefly tracking it stated that the item was delivered to the NZ Post Warehouse in Portland. A week later I contacted NZ Post asking if they had received the item or not. NZ POst then told me that they haven't received anything but would look into it. I contacted Bluefly to assist me, but was told straight away that I needed to contact NZ Post about the issue. NZ Post then went out of their way to investigate and found that my Sunglasses had been put onto an order from someone in Australia by Bluefly, they even send me a copy of the Persons Invoice!!! I contacted Bluefly about this stating that it obviously was a mistake on there side wrongly packed at the Warehouse. They apologized and offered me a refund saying that it would be processed within 5 days!! At this stage it has been over 14 days and Bluefly doesn't even reply to my emails anymore. Do not buy from Bluefly!!! I sure wont be buying anymore!!!

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Bluefly for my girlfriend, not knowing which pair she would prefer, and thinking I would return the other pair. After I received my order, and after my girlfriend chose her shoes I tried to return the other pair. In order to do this I needed "lookup the order" on Bluefly in order to make a return. I tried to do this but was told "error, unable to find order, please try again later". I figured there must be an error on their end since the order number was correct. I waited a few days later, and tried again and was met with the same message. After another week I was finally able to find the order, but was then told the return window had passed! I called customer service to explain that I was only unable to make the return because of an issue on their side, but they refused to acknowledge this, and said I would not be credited for any return. Needless to say I am very unhappy with the customer service and would recommend that others not shop with Bluefly.

The worst customer service i will never deal with this company ever ever again.

Ordered my daughter a pair of Versace boots for Christmas on December 7 giving myself plenty of time for shipment to receive them in time. Got an email acknowledging the order. My daughter was so excited about these boots. They simply never arrived. On December 27th I received an email from BlueFly essentially just canceling the order saying something vague about the billing address not matching records. Total BS!! Use the same card for BlueFly all the time and the correct address was entered this time as well. Called them to get the specifics and they said they could not tell what the issue was. I asked about the boots and they told me they were still in stock in her size BUT AT A HIGHER PRICE AND NO THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE ORIGINAL PRICE! So that was really the problem - high demand for the boots so they jack up the price and cancel your order. REALLY? Asked to have a customer service manger call me back and I AM STILL WAITING. Who has time to deal with shysters like these?????
