Thank you for your feedback and our sincerest apologies for the issue with your order. We never charge a return fee on a defective item or on an error that we made so if you were charged a return fee in error, please reach out to our support team with your order number and we will gladly process a full refund.

Hi Rebecca, Thank you for sharing your experience. We reviewed your account and we see your order was placed on Monday, July 22 and was delivered four days later on the 26th, which most shoppers would agree is a speedy delivery. And our return period is 14 days from the delivery date, not 5 days as you incorrectly stated. But once we advised you that our return period was 14 days from the delivery date, you advised that you ordered the shoes, then went out of town for three weeks then demanded we ignore our return policy and allow you to return the shoes or you would post a negative review everywhere possible if your demand was not met. Here at Bluefly, we try to be as accommodating as possible as we value our customers and work hard to provide the best fashion apparel and accessories at the lowest prices. But we must also adhere to our policies and unfortunately if we were to allow an exception to one customer, we would have to make the same accomodation to all customers or we would not be conducting business fairly. We hope you understand and again, our apologies for any inconvenience.

Thank you for taking the time to post this review and to provide feedback of our company and our customer service. And our apologies for the issue with your order but since you were making an accusation that your package was missing items, a claim needed to be filed with the courier and since you advised the package appeared to have been tampered with, we politely requested images showing the tampering but you refused to comply. Instead, you threatened us with a chargeback, which is never the best path towards a positive resolution, especially since we advised you that we were working with the vendor on a resolution for you. And even though you did not provide any proof the package was tampered with or proof items were missing from your shipment, we still issued you a refund on May 14th, 2024 for the items you claimed were missing which most customers would think is an excellent outcome to an unfortunate situation. Again, we thank you for the feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience. And we welcome any of our customers to reach out to us any time with any questions, comments or concerns as we are always happy to assist our customers!
