Great price and quality shoes!

Almost everything about my experience of Bluefly flowed extremely well. Selection, price, turnaround, delivery – stellar! I would have appreciated, however an easier way to check on the status of my delivery from my account history page. Actually, I couldn't find any way to track my package from the Bluefly website. Instead I had to repeatedly pull up the email sent to me with a tracking link. Cross linking is a thing, much appreciated for it's platform agnostic applicability. Word.

ZERO!! I received totally different item and size than I ordered. Tried to call and voicemail box is full. Tried to fill out an online return form - non-existent!!! I have filed a claim with my credit card company about this order!!

I had a great experience with Bluefly. My only thing, which is minor, is that it said it usually ships within 2 days, but it didn't show how it would be shipped so I couldn't estimate how long it would take to receive. I also wished there were an option on my purchase for expedited shipping. But I got what I wanted for a great price and in a relatively decent amount of time - just not in time for what I wanted them for.

Love bluefly!! Got my dress, it’s fits great and I can’t wait to wear it. Never have had an issue with bluefly and would recommend it to everyone!
