Authentic, discounted, quality products. Never an issue with authenticity or quality. Wish there was the option to have prices in $CAD and to also have reasonable shipping and duties when shipping to Canada. Farfetch and Matches fashion both offer CAD pricing and duty inclusive prices. If Bluefly did the same they would be #1 for online discounted fashion sites. Sam

Bluefly is simply the best. I am very pleasent with its service.

As a first time customer on Bluefly, I ordered two items and received a wrong item (a black diamond necklace instead of a white diamond ordered) and a defective item (a diamond stud with a big inclusion/dot visible in naked eyes). I could not get a hold of customer services on the phone (Bluefly phoneline was down) and had to send out several emails to finally receive return instructions. I am crossing my fingers to receive a full refund as soon as possible.

Twice show up sandals for mens by online,when i pay for it, send an email to let me know this product is out from bluefly.com, so is so bad but on this site.
