Price was good but it took a while for them to ship.

Took longer than it should to receive my deliver and the order was incorrect.

Bluefly does not care about customers and does not take responsibility. I had 4 items ship completely broken and they could not care less. They said that it wasn’t their fault it was the vendors but they couldn’t replace the item. I could rebuy from the same negligent vendor though. They wouldn’t do anything about contacting the irresponsible vendor either. Update: they allowed me to return all of my damaged and unuseable items but deducted almost $16 ($15.90) staying it was for return shipping even though I had already asked and verified that there would not be any fees associated with returning the broken items

Bought a pair of shoes, I am trying to return. Description was very misleading. They were discribed to have a “mega gem”, what was supposed to be a gem is actually material. They weren’t even cheap shoes, I spent $400 dollars on them. I am very disappointed! I have been shopping bluefly for many years!

Customer service not available on the weekend when I was shopping. The order delivery times are not made very clear. I am not happy that my order is being shipped like the slowest mail service possible. I am spending hundreds of dollars on mediocre delivery times. I also do not like once you place the order you can not make changes to it before it has even shipped. I needed the items for an event and they will not make it. One of them unfortunately was final sale and can not be returned. Disappointed.
