Great product, great service and great price!
Was looking for a UGG house shoes. Bluefly came up and the price was great. Had never ordered from them before and was a little hesitant. So glad I did! Shoes were perfect. Was shipped extremely fast. Couldn’t be happier. Won’t ever hesitate to order from them again!

Be very careful of the limited return…
Be very careful of the limited return policy. Two weeks, only if completely unworn. Really difficult to try shoes without breaking them in. Addendum: No one has actually reached out to me privately to resolve this, as stated in the comments. Wanted to make that clear.

Poor customer service and poor communication. I never heard any status on my order due to failure on vendor to respond.
