Yeah..... Not a great experience. I ordered a belt (an expensive one!) that was a final sale. Didn't think much of it until I received the belt. It was un assembled! The belt buckle was not attached to the belt. Okay minor irritation, I can work a screw driver. Well they must have sent me a mis-matched set because the screw doesn't fit the hole on the belt - the screw is too large! Super upset that I spent that amount of money on a belt to A. have to assemble it myself, and B. am not able to get the damn thing together! Will most likely not be ordering from them again.

Bluefly SUCKS, I received my order, it was the wrong size. I tried to contact customer service, the phone is down. I return my order and waiting for a refund. NEVER AGAIN

Never received an order confirmation and my order just disappeared. I'm so glad my credit card was not charged. This is an unknown website & I usually don't order from a website I know nothing about. I thought I would try but it never materialized.

I tried to buy my favorite sunglasses 3 times, because they were with good price , I didn’t get. They said were unavailable. The day after that, they were available with higher price. I was so disappointed.
