It actually is the real deal

Two of the items I purchased were damaged. I emailed the day I received them because I do not have an account to be able to access a profile. No reply to my emailed in 4 Days. I then decided to call but sat and waited on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Had to hang up as I could not waste any more time on damaged products. I called back and waited another 50 minutes before finally getting someone to help me. When I received the return labels, there was no indication which label went with what return (apparently they had to go to two places, which is fine). I immediately replied to the return email and no one got back to me until the next day but I was out of town. Was a very frustrating shopping experience.

Excellent site. Have ordered many times and all have arrived in a timely manner and as described.

I liked everything about bluefly-merchandise, ease of ordering, but I hesitate sometimes to buy in case I have to return something. Only having Fedex as a return mail carrier is limiting. USPS and UPS should be included too.

Clothing Items I have purchased at bluffly are not good quality unless they are a well-known brand such as Splendid for example. I did a purchase a very nice Splendid sweater, but there are other brands that really don't meet my expectations or the sizes are off. The other reason why I give this 1 star is because I recently purchased 2 pairs of designer sunglasses, both of them were way too wide for my face. I have purchased and owned many designer sunglasses, and they have all fit perfectly. Plastic sunglasses that come too wide or stretched out cannot be adjusted. So the bad news about the sunglasses was that they arrived a little later than expected and it was the night before I had to go on a trip. I wasn't able to bring them with me because they didn't fit and when I returned from my trip, it was already past the 14 day return policy.

Final Sale of an improper fitting running shoe. Bought an identical year/model of a shoe I currently wear. The one Bluefly sent was close to a full size smaller. They wouldn’t issue exchange or refund. Stay away from Bluefly if you think you may need to exchange or return.
