Good Day - we apologize for the inconvenience, our return policy clearly states that returns for "wrong item sent" will not be charged the return fee, this was provided several times to the customer - when the RMA is processed the customer should pick the correct return reason on the drop down menu so that once the warehouse receives the return they may inspect the error made and approve the fee refund. Our return process is very simple and hassle free and is easily completed if the instructions provided are followed. As advised to the customer once the return is shipped back as long as the correct return reason was chosen the fee will be refunded as well, Update - We apologize for the inconvenience, however following the return instructions helps us process the returns faster and more efficiently - We advised the customer several times they will not be charged if they pick the correct return reason - once the return will arrive at the facility it will be checked and if confirmed the fee will be refunded.

We apologize for any inconvenience. The order in question was delivered in October 2024, and the customer confirmed at the time that they tried the item on and did not experience any issues. Our return policy clearly states that customers must report any issues within 14 days of receipt. As more than six months have passed since delivery, we are unable to process a return or provide a pricing adjustment. We do offer free, hassle-free returns for orders where issues are reported within the stated timeframe, but in this case, no concerns were raised until recently. Additionally, we must note that in repeated communications with our customer service team, the customer used profanity and aggressive language. However, as a one-time courtesy, we are pleased to offer a 5% discount on their next order (not to be combined with other promotions). Thank you for your understanding.
