I have been working with all the customer service reps at Blue Edge Financial and in particular with Diana Figueroa most recently and I had a unusual problem which she listened to and was able to help me resolve in a short period of time which I am grateful for. In addition she provided me some additional links to help me with my problem which really helped me. Thank You Diana for all your help through the last six months. There’s always help when you need it. Carlos is my coach and checks in with me. He responds quickly and will schedule time to chat longer when needed. The live chat is helpful also when you have a quick question and need more guidance. It’s a process you can do by following steps through their instructions. So far it’s been good and I look forward to the future with blue edge.
