Refund guarantee only partly honored. Challenge fees still unpaid after 2+ months
10/22/2026 update
Even after the payment promise made in the answer to my review here, I had not received my money. I will check with Colorado Gov to see what are my alternatives.
10/12/2026 update
Last week I received in this forum a well written extensive apology and the indication that my case will be resolved. Nobody from Blueedge has contacted me with information or dates.
Regards,
----
I am filing this complaint because BlueEdge has not fully met an obligation it promises in its refund policy. The policy states:
"1. What's Covered: If you don't get funded with a prop firm using the Prop Farming Blueprint within your first ten (10) challenge attempts, you can get a full refund of your membership fee (the cost to join) plus the cost of all ten (10) challenge fees (100k max size challenges)."
To be clear, I am not judging the program's results. I also acknowledge that BlueEdge partly honored its guarantee: they refunded my membership fee on 08/24/26.
My complaint is about the part of the guarantee that is still unmet. The policy promises a refund of the ten challenge fees, and I have not received it. I first requested the refund in July 2026. The partial refund came in August. As of today, 10/01/26, more than two months after my original request, I still have not received the full payment.
I am asking BlueEdge to pay the remaining amount owed under its own published policy.
Regards,

Hi there,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and first and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the delay.
We want to be clear that we stand behind our refund policy and take our commitments to members very seriously. In fact, honoring our refund guarantee is something that is incredibly important to us, which is why we appreciate the opportunity to address this publicly.
Based on our review, it appears that your membership fee refund was successfully processed; however, there has been an unexpected delay regarding the remaining portion of your refund. This is not the standard we strive for, nor is it representative of the experience we want our members to have. To our knowledge, this is an isolated situation, and we are currently investigating what caused the delay so that we can ensure it is resolved promptly.
A member of our team will be reaching out to you directly with confirmation regarding the outstanding refund amount and the status of the remaining payment. We appreciate your patience while we work through this issue.
Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this delay has caused. We value our members' trust, and we're committed to making this right.
Best regards,

You'll get fee'd to death before you ever see a penny of profit!
Been using this service for approximately 5 months. $6,000 for the licensing fee, I've purchased 9 challenges for a total of $4,500, I put $5,000 into a hedge account, and between the VPS, copier and VPF fees that's another $1,000. I've spent over $16,000 and have received one measly payout of $1,300. Please do not waste your time this terrible program and terrible algos. This is a TOTAL WASTE of MONEY and borderline SCAM!

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We can certainly understand the frustration that comes with investing time and money into a trading business and not yet seeing the level of returns you were hoping for.
That said, after reviewing our records, we were unable to identify your account based on the name associated with this review. We've requested your contact details through Trustpilot and would appreciate you providing them so we can review your account history, current funding status, and overall experience in greater detail.
We also feel it's important to provide some additional context for those reading this review. By your own account, you have received payouts and achieved funded accounts during your time in the program. While we understand that your overall return has not yet met your expectations, those outcomes demonstrate that the system is capable of producing results and are not consistent with claims that the program is a "scam."
It's also worth noting that several of the expenses mentioned are entirely optional. Hedging is a risk-management strategy that some members choose to use, but it is not required. Likewise, our Virtual Prop Farming service is an optional convenience service for members who prefer account management assistance—many members choose to manage their own accounts. Challenge fees are also set by the prop firms themselves, not by Blue Edge Financial.
Ultimately, prop farming is a long-term process that requires capital allocation, risk management, and consistency. Some members progress faster than others, but evaluating results after only a portion of the journey rarely tells the full story.
We would genuinely like the opportunity to review your account, understand where you currently are in your prop farming journey, and discuss your concerns directly. Please provide your contact details through Trustpilot so we can investigate further and ensure we have the complete picture.

The Truth About Blue Edge Financials
The Truth About Blue Edge Financials: Hidden Costs, Constant Failure, and Accountability Evasion
Before putting your money into Blue Edge Financials (BEF), you need to know the reality of how this system actually operates:
1. Excess Capital Burden: It is not just the $500 evaluation fee. You are forced to keep an extra 2.5x that amount ($1,250+) sitting directly in your broker account to cover hedging requirements for a single challenge.
2. Constantly Shifting Prop Firm Rules: Prop firms regularly change their terms and rules. When they do, the automated EAs break down or become unusable, forcing you to step in and trade manually to keep the accounts alive.
3. Permutation & Combination Leaderboard Trap: BEF provides thousands of strategies and hundreds of settings on their leaderboard. To see any performance, you are forced to guess the perfect permutation and combination of settings every single month. Even if you align everything correctly, the EAs still fail to perform consistently.
4. The Perfect Blame Shield: By offering endless settings and leaderboard variations, BEF creates a system where they can never be held accountable. If your account fails, they shift the blame to you—claiming you picked the wrong strategy, chose the wrong configuration, or that "another user made money with those exact settings."
5. Brute-Force Gambling: Because individual EAs lack a real edge, the only way to pass accounts is to buy 10 to 20 challenges at the same time and run different settings simultaneously, hoping 20% pass by pure chance.
6. Funded Account Failure: Passing an evaluation means nothing. Once you reach funded status, the strategies stop generating real profit, leaving you stuck with high capital risk, useless automation, and the full burden of manual trading.
7. Chances are, you will reduce capital in the hedge account as well as fail the challenge. To continue the process, you need to pump more capital into either buying a challenge or adding more to the broker.
Enter at your own risk. This is a capital-draining numbers game structured so that BEF takes your money while you take 100% of the fault. You throw mud to the wall hoping everytime it will stuck there.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We can see that you've put considerable thought into your feedback. That said, we feel several important points deserve clarification for anyone reading this review.
First, challenge costs are not set by Blue Edge Financial. We are not a prop firm, and challenge pricing varies significantly depending on the firm, account size, promotions, and the choices each trader makes. While some 100k challenges may cost around the figures you've referenced, many are available at different price points, and members ultimately decide how aggressively or conservatively they wish to scale based on their own budget and goals.
We would also like to clarify that **hedging is entirely optional**. It is one of several approaches available to members who wish to offset or mitigate challenge costs and losses, but no member is required to hedge. Some traders choose to hedge, while others prefer to purchase challenges directly and follow a different path. The decision is entirely up to the individual trader based on their own goals, risk tolerance, and available capital. Suggesting that members are "forced" to maintain hedge accounts or allocate specific amounts of capital toward hedging is simply inaccurate.
Second, prop firms changing their rules is an industry-wide reality that impacts all traders, whether they trade manually or use automation. While we cannot control decisions made by third-party firms, we actively monitor changes, adapt our strategies, and work to help members remain compliant whenever possible.
Regarding strategy selection, members are not expected to navigate countless settings on their own. We provide pre-built strategies, data-driven leaderboards, educational resources, and success coaches specifically to help members make informed decisions throughout their journey. If a member is unsure which strategy to run, our coaching team is available to provide guidance and recommendations.
We also respectfully disagree with the suggestion that the program's economics or expectations are hidden. Our statistical white paper has always been publicly available, is discussed during the sales process and Game Plan calls, and serves as the foundation for how we set expectations. In fact, many members achieve results that exceed the baseline projections outlined in those models.
Additionally, the claim that members must manually trade funded accounts is inaccurate. We provide funded-account strategies, and many of our members continue using automation after reaching funded status and successfully collect payouts without transitioning to manual trading.
Our approach has never been centered around obtaining a single funded account and hoping it survives indefinitely. The objective is to build a portfolio of funding over time, creating greater long-term stability and reducing reliance on any one account, prop firm, or strategy. This philosophy is discussed from the beginning and is a core part of the program.
Finally, we do not blame members when accounts fail, nor do we claim every challenge will pass. Trading is a statistical endeavor, and our focus has always been on following a data-driven process over the long run. The fact that we maintain an action-based refund policy demonstrates our confidence in the framework and our willingness to stand behind it. Members who follow the policy requirements and do not achieve funding have a clearly defined path to refund eligibility.
We respect that the program may not align with every trader's expectations or risk tolerance. However, we remain committed to transparency, continuous improvement, and helping members make informed decisions based on real data rather than unrealistic promises.

If I could rate this program a zero I…
If I could rate this program a zero I would. Blue Edge Financial is a SCAM. I have been in this program for six months. Lost 4 thousand hedging and thousands in challenge fees. You don’t even win enough to pay for the challenge fees. Mark the black British sales man said people were making money gave me all these wonderful numbers. That was a lie. You don’t even hear from the scammer after he sales you the scam package. I know people that have been in a year and are quitting because they have exhausted their funds. People this is a SCAM. The Eas continually lose money. Bec says it could take years for you to make money. I will put the reply when I asked when that I would be making money. I already asked and Bec said go to the calculator inside and I said it says I should be making money after 40 challenges. Evey one In discord is gettering they ass handed to them by this Scam. Adam is a liar the salesman is a liar and Bec is a liar. This was supposed to be automated All it does is continuously lose. You have been warned People. I have went to the DA. He wants to know if there are more complaints. We can get a class action lawsuit against this Scammer. Contact me at Lindley.hannah @ gmail.com. If you fool with these lairs and scam artist you are going to get burned. I am a professional trader have been for years. These People are pushing you picks and shovels telling you that you need them to get the Gold. The joke is on you the only money made is to sale you the picks and shovels there is no gold.
Bec last of July 2026 Beck after six months and people losing after a year. It does take some time to build it up for sure, and that's the toughest part- investing in to it to make sure that you're turning profits. Fellow prop farmers, Adam, Nitin, and others are very successful running the system just as we teach members, but they had to start somewhere at first as well... Running it like a business, where you have to spend money to make money is what we have to do. It's in large numbers that we're able to reap the rewards. But it still definitely takes consistency and patience.
Bec late July 2026 In your client area, there is a tab for calculators and you can look at the EV calculator to enter in what you've been doing so that you can get an estimate of when you would be profitable.
People this is all a SCAM to cheat you out of your money people. Even after a year they are telling people next year will be better. There scam eas have milked them out of all there money and they are broke. Contact your district attorney. These people have to answer for there crimes.

Hi there,
We're genuinely sorry that this was your experience, but we also feel it's important to add some context for anyone reading this review.
Trading is difficult, and prop firm farming can be an emotional process—especially when you're investing time, money, and effort into reaching a goal. We completely understand that losses can be frustrating.
That said, your review doesn't reflect the full picture of your journey with Blue Edge.
During your time with us, you did achieve funded accounts, received payouts, and benefited from the hedging strategies and systems that are designed to help reduce overall challenge costs. While not every challenge was successful, that's never been the expectation of our program. In fact, one of the core concepts we teach from day one is that this is a numbers-based business model where consistency matters far more than the outcome of any single challenge.
We also want to clarify that we've never marketed this as a "get rich quick" system. Throughout our onboarding process, coaching calls, educational content, and statistical data, we repeatedly explain that success comes from following the process over time and allowing the probabilities to play out across multiple challenges.
What makes this review particularly surprising is that, despite the concerns you're raising today, your results were actually stronger than what many traders achieve on their own and well above the average success rates typically seen across the prop firm industry.
We also continued providing support throughout your membership. Our coaches, support team, community, and Virtual Prop Farming team remained available to assist you, and we worked with you extensively whenever concerns were raised.
Of course, we respect your right to share your opinion, but describing Blue Edge as a scam simply doesn't align with the documented results, support provided, or the experiences of the many members who continue to achieve funding and payouts through the same process.
We sincerely wish you the best moving forward and hope your future trading endeavors are successful.

Doesn't deliver. Salespeople lie.
I was promised six figures by following their process by the salespeople. 9 months in following the process and I've lost money on challenges and haven't even broken even. The calculator shown by the salespeople assumes every funded challenge will deliver 3k which is far from the case. I have 400k in passed prop firm challenges and 2 of them promptly failed. The payout from the other 2 is 1200 each...which according to their calculator you lose money... Many others getting the same results. Don't believe the hype.

Hi there,
We're sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience.
That said, we'd like to provide some additional context for anyone reading this review. Blue Edge Financial does not guarantee six-figure earnings, nor do we guarantee profits. Trading involves risk, and this is clearly communicated throughout our onboarding process, agreements, educational materials, and public disclosures.
Our role is to provide members with a structured system, software, coaching, support, and account management services designed to help them pursue funded accounts over time. Success is measured over a large sample size and a consistent application of the process—not by the outcome of a single challenge.
In your particular case, our records show that you joined in November 2025 and have completed a relatively small number of challenges over the course of approximately nine months. During that time, our Virtual Prop Farming team successfully obtained funded accounts on your behalf, and you currently have approximately $300,000 in active funded capital. Your funded account success rate is also well above what many traders experience in the prop firm industry and above the statistical expectations we share with members during onboarding.
It's also worth noting that our recommended approach involves running multiple challenges consistently over time to allow the statistical edge of the process to play out. Many traders become discouraged when focusing only on short-term results, while our most successful members understand that consistency and volume are key components of the strategy.
We certainly understand that trading can be emotionally challenging, especially when expectations don't align with the pace of results. However, the outcomes reflected in your account history are not consistent with the impression that the program has produced no success.
We remain committed to supporting our members through coaching, technology, education, and ongoing account management, and we look forward to continuing to help you work toward your goals.
Best regards,
Adam Wenig

I disagree with several parts of it…
I disagree with several parts of it because they do not reflect my personal experience.
I understand that trading involves risk, and I have never claimed otherwise. My concern is not that trading has risk. My concern is what I personally experienced after investing more than $16,000 USD in your ecosystem.
From my perspective, I repeatedly contacted coaches, support, and the refund team from January through June after suffering substantial losses. During that period, I often felt ignored and did not receive the timely support or resolution I was hoping for. By the time meaningful refund discussions took place, I was informed that I was no longer eligible under the refund policy. That was my personal experience.
I also participated in hedging because I believed it could help offset challenge losses. However, my personal outcome was very different. I experienced significant losses in my live account while also paying challenge fees and other costs. In my case, I lost money on both the live-account side and the challenge side. When I later faced issues with prop firm payouts being delayed or denied, including situations where they claimed copy trading or strategy concerns, I had already lost money from both hedging and challenge costs. At that time, when I reached out for support, I was told nothing could be done, which added to my frustration given that these prop firms were recommended during the program and earlier messaging suggested hedging could reduce or avoid losses.
I also experienced account reviews and communications from prop firms regarding my trading activity. I have retained emails, support tickets, refund communications, and other records relating to my experience.

This company is a total scam.
This company is a total scam. They give you a kinds of hype and talk a big story, but it's all false. They talked me into putting money into an account to be used as a hedge against the cost of buying propferm challenges, not only were they blowing the challenges, they were blowing my hedge account also. They also are using a automated trading algorithm to try to pass the prop challenge and also do the trading with, totally against the propferms rules. I'm in the process of contacting all the prop company's they use. You will have to pass propferms interview and ultimately show them you know how to trade and manually trade while you share a screen with the propferm interviewer. this is stressful to say the least and if you're not a seasoned trader you will fail and all this will have been for nothing but a waste of money. I'm a vindictive person and when I get scammed, I will do everything I can to help prevent the next person from getting scammed. this all could have been avoided if they would have just refunded the money I gave them for this very flawed system. they block me out of the sight so I could not further discuss getting a refund so I went with a charge back on my credit card and now they are fighting me on that. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS!

Hi there,
We're sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience.
After reviewing this review, we believe there are several important details missing that would provide readers with a more complete picture of the situation.
First, trading always involves risk, and both our agreements and publicly available disclosures clearly explain that losses can occur. Our program was never presented as a guaranteed source of profits, nor do we guarantee that every challenge will pass. In fact, we spend a significant amount of time educating members on realistic expectations, statistical outcomes, and the importance of consistency when pursuing funded accounts.
Regarding Hedge Bot, its purpose is to work alongside challenge accounts as part of a broader risk-management approach. The goal is to help offset challenge costs if a challenge is unsuccessful. Thousands of members have successfully used this process, although, as with any trading-related activity, there is no guarantee of profit, and results will vary.
We would also like to clarify that our refund policy has always been transparent and action-based. The requirements are provided in our agreements, reviewed during onboarding, and made available to members from the beginning. We do not hide the details of our policy, and we honor it for members who meet the outlined criteria.
Additionally, we do not block members simply for requesting refunds. In situations involving payment disputes or chargebacks, account access may be restricted while the matter is being reviewed, which is standard business practice.
Finally, many of the statements made regarding prop firms, interviews, and trading requirements are broad generalizations that do not reflect the policies of every firm or the experience of the thousands of members who have successfully used our systems.
We always welcome constructive dialogue and would be happy to review your account directly if you contact our support team with the information associated with your membership. Our goal has always been to help traders succeed through education, software, support, and a structured process—not through unrealistic promises.
Best regards,
