High Cost, Low Support — Not Worth the Experience
My experience with Blue Edge Financial was very frustrating, and I ended up losing a few thousand dollars before deciding to cut my losses and avoid further stress. One of the biggest drawbacks was the lack of personalized support, especially for someone who isn’t very tech-savvy. Most of the communication is done through chat, and at times the person on the other end didn’t seem to have the expertise needed to resolve issues. They often direct you to tutorials instead of providing meaningful one-on-one support, which can be difficult if you don’t even know what questions to ask. The sales team is very persuasive, but the level of support once you’re inside the program doesn’t match those expectations. There is also frequent turnover in points of contact, which makes it harder to get consistent guidance. At one point, a representative tried to normalize repeated losses, saying he personally lost over $25K before seeing results. That was concerning and not something I found reassuring. Overall, I found the experience stressful and not worth the time or money. I would not choose to go through this program again.

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience felt frustrating, as that’s not the standard we aim to provide. That said, there are a few important clarifications for others reading this. Our support is not limited to chat alone. In addition to live chat assistance, we provide a dedicated onboarding call upon sign-up, and then technical support calls are offered if needed, both of which are recorded so members can revisit setups step-by-step at any time. These calls are specifically designed to walk members through the process if they require it, especially at the beginning. We also provide structured guides and tutorials — not as a replacement for support, but as a resource to help members build independence with the system. At the same time, when members encounter issues or need clarification, our team is available to step in and assist directly. It’s also important to note that trading, especially in a prop firm environment, involves a learning curve. While this may require more time upfront — particularly for those who are newer or less technical — that expectation is communicated during the sales call, game plan call, and onboarding. We’re known for maintaining a strong level of support across our community, which is why this particular experience stands out. Based on your feedback, we’d like to take a closer look at your specific case, as it does not reflect the standard we strive to uphold. A member of our team will be reaching out to you directly so we can better understand what happened and address any outstanding concerns. Best regards, Adam Wenig CEO, Blue Edge Financial
