I ordered an azalea plant from Bloomsy but
I ordered an azalea plant from Bloomsy box. My husband and I have our 49th wedding anniversary coming up soon. Our wedding was decorated with azaleas.so I thought azaleas would be great center piece but Bloomsybox did not send what I ORDERED. INSTEAD THEY SENT AN AZAEALIA PLANT THAT THEY CARVED INTO A bonsai tree. It looks nothing like a bonsai tree and they potted it in an all black pot I am trying to get my money back but they refuse.

Good customer service, but the flowers are not up to par
Good customer service, but the flowers are not up to par. I got a 3-month subscription for Mother's Day. They ship 2-day FedEx. The first bouquet arrived totally beat up, the stems were cut to long for the box it shipped in and half the flowers were squished and brown by the time we received it. To their credit they replaced the bouquet and it arrived in better shape, but the mother's day surprise was ruined nevertheless. The next 2 bouquets also arrived in better shape, but the flowers just don't last long. Even with cutting the stems and using their plant food, none of the bouquets lasted more than 4 days in a respectable state, the last bouquet was completely sad looking on day 2 and we threw it out on day 3. Flowers from the local store last us 5-7 days no problem. I don't know if they pick old flowers or if the 2-day FedEx shipping is to blame, but for the price paid, the bouquet size is on the smaller end, and combined with the fact that they just don't last, this is very disappointing, and the value doesn't seem right. They get one star for customer service and convenience, but I can't recommend the flowers at all unfortunately. For the same price you can pick up a larger, longer lasting bouquets from a local florist, and you'll enjoy it twice as long.

What a disappointment
The flowers from Bloomsybox consistently die within 3-4 days. The smaller roses in the bouquets are dead on arrival. I kept the subscription for a few months hoping things would get better, but after canceling my subscription they only got worse. The 2nd to last bouquet arrived two days late and looks like it has been in a hot truck for even longer - most of the flowers are smashed and nearly dead. Do NOT waste your time with this company. Their online subscription platform also fails to provide dates for delivery, only dates of your payment - which pretty much sums up the business model for Bloomsybox. Prepare to get a box of death instead of cheer.

We’re very sorry to hear about this experience. This is not the standard we work hard to deliver, and we always stand behind our freshness guarantee. If a customer is unhappy with the flowers received, we will always review the order and do our best to make it right, whether that means a replacement or a refund when appropriate.
That said, we strongly disagree with the characterization used in this review. Referring to our product as a “box of death” is unfair, harmful, and does not reflect the care that goes into our flowers, our team, or the reputation we have built over many years as a legitimate business serving thousands of customers.
We take quality concerns seriously, including late deliveries, heat exposure, damaged stems, or flowers that do not last as expected. We invite this customer to contact us directly so we can review the specific orders and resolve the situation properly.
We care deeply about our customers and our reputation, and we will continue making every effort to stand behind our products and make things right when something goes wrong.

Don’t be fooled by their website…
Don’t be fooled by their website pictures of the floral products, what you get looks nothing like the pictures. The order was for Mother’s Day, an orchid plant. The plant was mangled with only a few flowers. Customer service was quick and sent a replacement that was only marginally better than the first one. The plants at Trader Joe’s look better than this $120 plant. Don’t waste your money.

False Advertising
I purchased a miniature azalea for my mother for Mother’s Day that was pictured in a pretty turquoise container. The plant arrived is the ugliest white container with absolutely no flowers and no buds. This site is a FLOWER delivery company and what they sent has no flowers! It’s now a week later and still no flowers or buds. Maybe in a year there might be flowers if it lives that long. I was so embarrassed to have sent my mother this gift. For $100.00 I expected flowers. I contacted customer service and sent photos and they have done nothing. I’m going after them for false advertising.
