More than half the flowers look dead. Thanks for the horrible arrangement for my anniversary.

I ordered an azalea plant from Bloomsy box. My husband and I have our 49th wedding anniversary coming up soon. Our wedding was decorated with azaleas.so I thought azaleas would be great center piece but Bloomsybox did not send what I ORDERED. INSTEAD THEY SENT AN AZAEALIA PLANT THAT THEY CARVED INTO A bonsai tree. It looks nothing like a bonsai tree and they potted it in an all black pot I am trying to get my money back but they refuse.

The flowers from Bloomsybox consistently die within 3-4 days. The smaller roses in the bouquets are dead on arrival. I kept the subscription for a few months hoping things would get better, but after canceling my subscription they only got worse. The 2nd to last bouquet arrived two days late and looks like it has been in a hot truck for even longer - most of the flowers are smashed and nearly dead. Do NOT waste your time with this company. Their online subscription platform also fails to provide dates for delivery, only dates of your payment - which pretty much sums up the business model for Bloomsybox. Prepare to get a box of death instead of cheer.

Don’t be fooled by their website pictures of the floral products, what you get looks nothing like the pictures. The order was for Mother’s Day, an orchid plant. The plant was mangled with only a few flowers. Customer service was quick and sent a replacement that was only marginally better than the first one. The plants at Trader Joe’s look better than this $120 plant. Don’t waste your money.

I purchased a miniature azalea for my mother for Mother’s Day that was pictured in a pretty turquoise container. The plant arrived is the ugliest white container with absolutely no flowers and no buds. This site is a FLOWER delivery company and what they sent has no flowers! It’s now a week later and still no flowers or buds. Maybe in a year there might be flowers if it lives that long. I was so embarrassed to have sent my mother this gift. For $100.00 I expected flowers. I contacted customer service and sent photos and they have done nothing. I’m going after them for false advertising.

Terrible customer service and overpriced products. I ordered pink peony tulips, I was sent yellow and purple regular tulips. The flowers were delivered to a fence near my in laws house, not even delivered to their house. When I questioned why the flowers I ordered were nothing like what I ordered, I was told they have a disclaimer that they will send “like”flowers. Apparently “like” means nothing like the photo. Save your money and time, don’t purchase from this company. $79 for grocery store flowers left in the sun in a field is not the experience I wanted when I sent my elderly mother flowers.

For the last few years my son has sent Bloomsybox flowers to me on Mother's day. I have always loved them because the flowers are about to bloom and I can watch the process. Sometimes the flowers would last for 2 weeks. This year, however, the box was given to FedEx on Friday morning for overnight delivery. I received the flowers on Monday morning so the flowers had been without water for at least 3 days. They were wilty and roses had fully bloomed. All Bloomsy offered was the return of the shipping fee...no replacement of flowers!! This is the last year I am going to receive flowers from Bloomsy
