Terrible customer service and overpriced products. I ordered pink peony tulips, I was sent yellow and purple regular tulips. The flowers were delivered to a fence near my in laws house, not even delivered to their house. When I questioned why the flowers I ordered were nothing like what I ordered, I was told they have a disclaimer that they will send “like”flowers. Apparently “like” means nothing like the photo. Save your money and time, don’t purchase from this company. $79 for grocery store flowers left in the sun in a field is not the experience I wanted when I sent my elderly mother flowers.

For the last few years my son has sent Bloomsybox flowers to me on Mother's day. I have always loved them because the flowers are about to bloom and I can watch the process. Sometimes the flowers would last for 2 weeks. This year, however, the box was given to FedEx on Friday morning for overnight delivery. I received the flowers on Monday morning so the flowers had been without water for at least 3 days. They were wilty and roses had fully bloomed. All Bloomsy offered was the return of the shipping fee...no replacement of flowers!! This is the last year I am going to receive flowers from Bloomsy

Just received flowers last night. Wilted most flowers 💐 are dead. Phone number nobody answers. Get machine don't order not what's in picture. Fake pictures. Where can we add photos

The flowers that I received started out great but soon became more of a headache than a pleasure to receive. The company needs to change their delivery system . The carrier has no respect for the fact these are fresh flowers and need to be handled with care. Of 12 bouquets only 4 were delivered in satisfactory condition. I felt bad for having to call the company every month to tell them the flowers arrived dead or wilted or frozen. Customer service was excellent and they did send a new arrangement about a week later. Some times they were delivered better but most just got thrown away. The arrangements looked like they would have been a pleasure to display. I wish the company would have taken my advise and just changed their delivery carrier. This was a retirement gift and my company paid a lot for it. I do not recommend using them until they figure out a better delivery system.

I ordered a deluxe monthly subscription for my mother. After 6 months only 2 orders were acceptable. Their customer service replaced the flowers each time, but never fixed the problem. We were supposed to get 24-30 stems but received 15-20 stems each time. I do not recommend Bloomsy!

Frankly, the price is pretty high for the arrangements. I do understand that part of that issue is how much shipping costs these days, but what you get just isn't worth the cost. Also, be very aware that your subscription will automatically renew without any advance warning, which I think is a poor way to do business. So, unless you cancel your account before the end of your subscription (which they intentionally hide and make difficult to do), plan on paying for more than you intended to.

The flowers were delivered to New York twice for mother in law birthday. They were wilted twice. Would not recommend.

Our flowers came totally squished. Pedals from the roses were falling off left and right. Other flowers included fell off while trying to place them in the vase. These flowers looked 2 weeks old.
