Beautiful flowers, but the smal orange roses didn't make the journey well. I have worked in a flower shop in my late teens, and love to do floral arrangements. Even the lilies withstood the journey, but these little orange roses were mostly petals in the bottom of the box. In the future, I would suggest using small chrysanthemums rather than sending a box of spent petals. I would be happy to send you a photo.

The shipping was prompt and the flowers were beautiful! Just wish they would have lasted a little longer!

Scammy behavior, saves your card without your permission, auto charges you without your consent or knowledge on an auto-renewing subscription. Will not let you cancel your subscription or remove payment information from your account directly, only "pause" it.

We strongly disagree with this review, as it contains several false and misleading claims about how BloomsyBox operates. First, customers absolutely can cancel their subscriptions. We provide cancellation options and comply with applicable state and federal consumer protection laws. Suggesting that BloomsyBox does not allow customers to cancel their subscriptions is simply untrue. Second, BloomsyBox does not charge customers' payment methods without authorization. Our subscription terms, including recurring billing, are disclosed during the subscription process, and customers authorize those charges when signing up. Finally, in this particular case, we have already issued a refund as requested by the customer. We take customer service and transparency very seriously, and while we always welcome legitimate feedback, we believe reviews should accurately represent the facts rather than make misleading accusations about our business practices. My experience with Bloomsy has always been great! Not only do they have gorgeous flowers but I can call them and they answer their phones - real people!! And then, I talk to someone and they are always helpful and resolve my issue! My issues up to this point have been to simply move my delivery date because there have been no other issues! I do feel that if I were to have other issues they would resolve them beautifully! This is a top notch operation!

I’m pleased with the selection. Often, they go with the colors of the season. I would like them to last longer. I changed the water frequently, but rarely get more than a week from them.
