I’ve ordered from you all several times, and I am always so taken by the quality of the bouquets and how long the flowers last, but this last bouquet of two dozen roses came wilted. I was so disappointed as they were for my mother’s 80th birthday, and she typically loves the bouquets and brags about their quality.

100 dollar flowers should be better…
100 dollar flowers should be better packed. Box came beat up and flowers were upside down on the buds. Expensive flowers should have better package quality outside of being wrapped and thrown in a box. There was also no note in the box of flowers that I requested so there goes that.

Good customer service, but the flowers are not up to par
Good customer service, but the flowers are not up to par. I got a 3-month subscription for Mother's Day. They ship 2-day FedEx. The first bouquet arrived totally beat up, the stems were cut to long for the box it shipped in and half the flowers were squished and brown by the time we received it. To their credit they replaced the bouquet and it arrived in better shape, but the mother's day surprise was ruined nevertheless. The next 2 bouquets also arrived in better shape, but the flowers just don't last long. Even with cutting the stems and using their plant food, none of the bouquets lasted more than 4 days in a respectable state, the last bouquet was completely sad looking on day 2 and we threw it out on day 3. Flowers from the local store last us 5-7 days no problem. I don't know if they pick old flowers or if the 2-day FedEx shipping is to blame, but for the price paid, the bouquet size is on the smaller end, and combined with the fact that they just don't last, this is very disappointing, and the value doesn't seem right. They get one star for customer service and convenience, but I can't recommend the flowers at all unfortunately. For the same price you can pick up a larger, longer lasting bouquets from a local florist, and you'll enjoy it twice as long.

12 Month Flower Subscription
The flowers that I received started out great but soon became more of a headache than a pleasure to receive. The company needs to change their delivery system . The carrier has no respect for the fact these are fresh flowers and need to be handled with care. Of 12 bouquets only 4 were delivered in satisfactory condition.
I felt bad for having to call the company every month to tell them the flowers arrived dead or wilted or frozen. Customer service was excellent and they did send a new arrangement about a week later. Some times they were delivered better but most just got thrown away. The arrangements looked like they would have been a pleasure to display.
I wish the company would have taken my advise and just changed their delivery carrier. This was a retirement gift and my company paid a lot for it. I do not recommend using them until they figure out a better delivery system.

Not worth the price and they quietly keep billing you
Frankly, the price is pretty high for the arrangements. I do understand that part of that issue is how much shipping costs these days, but what you get just isn't worth the cost. Also, be very aware that your subscription will automatically renew without any advance warning, which I think is a poor way to do business. So, unless you cancel your account before the end of your subscription (which they intentionally hide and make difficult to do), plan on paying for more than you intended to.

They definitely send flowers.
I ordered one bouquet, I wanted to see what the product was like before doing a subscription. Not impressive! They overnight a bouquet via FedEx in a box (ships from Miami, I ordered to NYC), which is probably why I paid about $70 for a bouquet I can get at any bodega in the city. Nothing special at all. It arrived in good condition, it arrived on time, but you should absolutely save yourself a ton of money and go buy a bouquet at the store or, better yet, a local florist.

I’m sorry to say - Your bouquets were not very impressive - average at best. My mother was gracious & very thankful for our 3 month subscription gift but as the gifted we were not satisfied with your bouquets.
