These “ pillow cases” are pillow covers!!!! What a waste of my money. Almost $200.00 dollars!!! And they took forever. Very dissatisfied customer.

I ordered 3 pillow cases. I paid for it immediately and it took a month and a half for the pillow cases to be delivered. I was so worried that I would never see the pillow cases but they finally came. I called customer service and they at least answers the phone right away and said the delivery takes time. No kidding! The pillow cases feel silky and are fine and I like them ...but I don’t understand the 5 star reviews. Are the reviews legit? Next time I will buy silk pillow cases at the department store or a bedding place.

I ordered 3 pillow cases from Blissy. No emailed order confirmation, only a text. Then out of the blue, I receive a card from Royal Mail informing me that I have to pay a £12.78 charge. On checking their website, it transpires that this is a £4.78 import duty charge from Germany plus an £8 Royal Mail charge. Blissy have delivered enough pillow cases to the UK to know about this and could easily have added the £4.78 charge when I was checking out, then pre-paid the import duty to alleviate the need for an additional £8 RM charge. I emailed them to complain and they sent back a sarcastic response, exonerating themselves (said they didn’t know!). Very poor indeed.

I just ordered 1 pillowcase and have been charged for 4, wish i had read the reviews first, must be a company con, DONT PAY ANY MONEY TO BLISSY PILLOWCASES

I’ve paid for 4 covers and have not received my order , I hope this is not a scam but you can never be sure , come on Blissy send out what people have paid for , reading the reviews Your company sounds bad and a scam , maybe the newspapers and police should be involved , anyway I giving you the benefit of the dought

UK customers Blissy omit to tell you you will be charged a custom fee on top of your order which is dealt with by the Royal Mail also again if you need to return.The address is a po box so it can’t be tracked. The customs fees alone have cost me over £60 which cannot be claimed back by you and I am still waiting for my credit to be paid into my pay pal account. I just hope the slips are as good as Blissy says they are.

I ordered one they have charged me for four and have failed to answer my emails. I have to give them one star for me to enable to write this review believe you me no stars are deserved.

Scam. Charged my credit card and never received my pillow cases. No customer service No call back.So disgusted. Don’t walk... run from this Blissy site.
