My parcel finally arrived. I am happy with the products. I felt that the “support” from Customer Support, could have been a little more helpful. I realise they are possibly not aware of where our parcels end up once they have left Blissy Warehouse, but as a customer I would have liked to know that Blissy would support me until I received, what I had ordered and paid for. All’s well that ends well.

Browsed their site, clicked when they said I qualified for a 50% off deal - 3 cases for about $60 - then my papypal account was charged for $180! I called the Blissy helpline immediately to cancel and got a recording saying they were closed- it was midday on a Wednesday! I am disputing the claim with PayPal. Definitely a scam. I should have known from the structure of the websites. You have to click numerous times to get any kind of pricing info. Don’t do it!

I ordered 2 pillowcases and paid with paypal 7 july .still not received and no support from Blissey.their carrier simply states no trace of shipment can be found atere several weeks of successful tracking.

I ordered 2 x Blissy pillowcases on the 7th of July - they still have not arrived and I can get no joy from the carrier (DHL) who have constantly told me that that were in transit (but today say they don't recognize the tracking number they originally gave me) nor from Blissy other than automated responses telling me to get in touch with the carrier ! I am extremely angry.

Please note that the white color is extremely thin and consequently translucent. My pillow is quilted and has a pale blue lining on the outer perimeter, both of which were completely visible through the pillowcase. Customer service is extremely questionable and very unhelpful. Just hope that you'll be so happy with the product you won't need to contact them. We've already emailed back and forth more than 20 times and my question still has yet to be answered, much less my issue resolved. Lastly, it looks like they filter out any really poor reviews. This is my third time typing and posting a review- the first 2 have magically not made it onto the site. I have doubts that this one will be published. How unethical and misleading if it really is the case. So to the review below that questions all of the 5-star reviews- I'm with you. I think they sprinkle in a couple of 3-star just ok enough reviews to make it all seem legit when it's really not.

Paying between $70 and $90 for stupid pillow cover is first hand r3tarded. No matter the promise.

Got this over two months ago It’s a pillowcase a very expensive pillowcase 1 a waist of good money my promise of shinny smooth hair 0 No sleep lines improved skin 0 Rubbish don’t waist your money and packaging rolled up in a small box no Luxury at all
