I hadn't realised that this was not a UK company. Ordered a birthday present for my wife in Jan and it has not even been dispatched. Avoid

I'm pretty sure the reviews they have online are fake. I can't find anywhere to leave a google review which makes me think it's suss. 2 failed deliveries, which I found out they didn't put the right address in even though I supplied the right address.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY BAD. THEY HAD TO BE FORCED TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK BY PAYPAL AFTER NON DELIVERY. IT TOOK ME OVER TWO MONTHS TO GET MY REFUND. THE PRODUCT ALSO HAS VERY POOR REVIEWS BY CUSTOMERS WHO DID RECEIVE THEIR GOODS. THE PILLOWCASES SHREDDED AT THE SEAMS AFTER CAREFUL USE. COMMENTED BY VERIFIED BUYER. Ordered a sleep mask and a face mask. Very happy with the sleep mask, arrived in a nice box and a silk pouch for storage was included. It was very good quality and well made. Unfortunately, the face mask was quite the opposite - quite poorly made and arrived in a little zip lock bag. The elastic loops are too long, when you are wearing it, they stick out from under your hair! Also, the nose-piece inside the mask was just a bit of wire, which came loose when I washed the mask. I had to open the mask and stitch the wire back in to place! Would have made a better mask myself! I have since ordered three silk masks from another company, and they are far superior, even down to the packaging.

I paid for an ordered a blissy pillowcase and eye mask. Delivered to me was a completely empty brown cardboard packaging box. Yes there was NOTHING inside. My emails to them have been completely ignored. I should have read the reviews first. This is a fraudulent company and there are hundreds of customers who haven't received their orders and then have no way of contacting them. Order 97441.

Bought 4 blissy pillow slips under a year ago and two have started to shred and rip apart by the zip. Apparently I should have taken out extended warranty...never needed to with any other pillow slips.

Stay away from this company! Firstly it’s not clear that the company is American, it doesn’t mention that at all. I ordered 4 pillow cases in November for Christmas presents and 60 days later they still haven’t arrived. Their customer service is appalling. I have emailed them numerous times to enquire about the order and they just say it out of their control, brexit, and lockdown. Which is just an excuse as I’ve had loads of deliveries over the last few months with no issues. They do nothing to help you. I’ve sent quite a few emails, asked for a refund in most of them and they just ignore the request. I’ve now contact my credit card company to let them deal with it. As soon as they get your money they don’t care.

Do not buy from this company!!! I ordered two face mask over a month ago and still have not received them. I have emailed the company several times bc they have already charged my accounts. Every response has said things along the lines of, “we are sorry we will check on that for you and send you a updated tracking number”... well I have not received one yet and my order status still says “order placed.” This company is a joke! Do not waste your money!!!
