Contacted Blissy several replies , be patient and wait delivery will be soon. Yesterday told to expect international delivery within 10-15 business days . We are now on business days 32 and counting , finally one reply states lost in transit . I have asked for refund but no reply or refund

Worst experience ever do not buy from here. The customer service is just awful. Buyers beware- do not buy!

Got one for Christmas. So excited...but now disappointed. They are enclosed with a zipper rather than being open end. And the end of the zipper is bulky and sticks out. It clinks whenever it hits my wooden headboard. If I turn it around, it can rub my face. For this kind of money I expected much more. Sorry I can't recommend.

Disappointing pretty much sums up my experience with these pillowcases. I ordered white. What showed up were 2 different colors of a yellowy cream. Call me crazy but for $70 a piece I expected them to be white & match. I have been in contact with customer service via email for the past few weeks. They don’t seem super willing to accept any responsibility. It’s a shame because other than they don’t match they are quite nice. I will probably be returning them because of the amount of headache they’ve caused...funny cuz I thought it was going to be a treat.

Bought 4 pillow cases had a zip tear away from fabric blissy replaced, that was great now second case has done the same. the response I had was that it was a one time replacement for the first fault and was offered 10%off next purchase not happy.

I purchased a set of queen pillowcases for Valentine’s Day. My fiancé didn’t like the pillowcase. He thought it was too slippery. I didn’t mind that, but, didn’t see any of the advantages that they advertised. The quality is fine, but, didn’t help with hair or skin, and is warm, not cool. Not a fan!

Very disappointed with the customer service. I contacted Blissy to report that after a few months the zip had broken and the seams were fraying. I had followed the washing instructions correctly. After several emails, they have done nothing! Such a poor reaction to a high-cost item!

I live in Ireland and it only took 13 days for it to arrive, that is crazy good especially during lockdown, I would never expect such fast delivery from America, the pillowcase is soooo good and I can tell it is much better than the 19 momme pillowcase I ordered before, amazing quality amazing service, I have only ordered once expecting the worst from these reviews regarding postage but it was sooo much better than expected
