Completely unresponsive to customer inquiries and requests. Would never buy from Blissy

Similar to reviews below, I ordered two pillowcase two weeks ago. Still haven’t received confirmation of my order or any information that it has shipped. Most e-mails to Blissy bounce back as rejected by the server. They should not be processing payment until they can confirm that the order can be shipped. I am cancelling the order and seeking a refund through PayPal.

Purchased two sleeping masks November 23rd and have not received a shipping notification or update yet. If I had known the shipping would be so slow I definitely would not have purchased from this company. Will stay away from them in the future.

I ordered a pillow case 2 weeks ago and it is still at DHL in California (being shipped to Canada). I definitely don't recommend ordering from Blissy. I even contacted their customer service one week after the order as it still hadn't been shipped and they were not very helpful. Definitely will not reorder and I'm not even sure I will even ever receive this current order...

Two and a half weeks and no dispatch. Have done some research and same %momme silk can be purchased elsewhere for quarter of the price. Used PayPal so was able to push for refund. So glad I did.

I purchased 4 "Blissy"pillowcases and approximately 3 months thereafter the zippers on every single pillowcase ripped off. I followed all washing instructions, but obviously they are obsolete.

Ordered product three weeks ago. Despite phone calls, emails and promises to ship……still no shipping date…..lots of promises….no follow through….would not buy again

Ran into an ad for this product while surfing my phone. Didn't think any of their claims were true but it had a 50% off holiday link so I wanted to see the price. Site claimed $45 for 3 pillow cases + 1 free. Not sure if they had fine print anywhere but get to that in a minute. I put in my card info thinking at the least this would make a funny "white elephant" gift. Perfect at ~$10/case right? Then the phone site takes you through several screens of additional offers with multiple touch options and a "no thanks" if you scroll down. This is where they screw you first. If you inadvertently touch one of the offer button it adds it to your order without the option to remove it. After 4 pages of various offers it takes you to the "order placed" screen. Never gave me an option to review the order first nor gave me a means to remove the inadvertent stuff. Only then did I find out that it was $45/ PILLOW CASE! What a devious and unethical company. What I thought was going to be a purchase of 4 pillow cases for $45 turned into a $275 screw job! Not only that, but now I'm receiving ads for their products constantly! My wife even got them and I never even used her email address for anything. They will pirate your info and use it as ad bait. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY'S WEBSITE!!! If this is type of sales tactics that "American" companies are going towards I will happily buy CHINA. F@&K Blissy!!
