I was tempted until i read the reviews especially concerning cost and customer service contact

The website offered 57% off but no option to view cart on purchase. Took me straight to PayPal who transferred total amount of £59.00. When I complained to Customer Services I was told the discount was for four pillowcases. This is NOT shown anywhere on the site.It was intended as a gift and I certainly didn't want four. The pillowcase eventually arrived after two weeks. Not evident from where it originated. Pillowcase not worth £20 let alone £59. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I never will again and will advise all my associates not to buy from them. BEWARE.

If I had taken notice of the other reviews, I would not have ordered from Blissy…HOWEVER, I did not take notice and ordered to give them a chance. I ordered three sleep masks, my order arrived in eleven days and I did not pay postage or any customs charges etc. I am so pleased I did, they are beautifully made and packaged and with the discount and free postage were a fair price for a lovely product. I can not comment on their other products but the ones I have received are perfect. I would be very happy to order from Blissy again. I live in the UK.

The product is nice, but if there is an issue, there is no one to talk to. I have been waiting for my purchase for over 3 weeks now: According to the USPS tracking, the shipment came to my zip code, was out for delivery, and then, without explanation, was returned to sender. This process took 3 weeks. I have been emailing back and forth with Blissy customer service for the past 2 weeks, and it was extremely frustrating. The responses I got from them were boilerplate emails to the effect that: "your shipment is on the way and should arrive in a few days". When it finally became clear that it was returned back to them, despite the fact that my address was correct, all they can offer is re-shipping. No compensation for delay, aggravation, waste of time. The staff is oblivious (emails) or downright rude (telephone conversation). I would give them an F for customer service.

Poor customer service. This company is a scam don’t order from here. Sent my item to an incorrect address nothing to what I inputted and there now ignoring my emails and took my money.

This is the only organization I’ve ever come across that can have errors in their pricing in an email AND on their website and they choose NOT to uphold the advertised price! When I sent an email to them asking about the pricing they told me it was a glitch in the email and the price was changed. They wouldn’t acknowledge the pricing error online. In addition I have these pillow cases and they are not the end all and be all of pillow cases! It’s a waste of money! Don’t bother.

Hello, I had ordered from Blissy before but this last time they had an offer which posted for $19.98 so I ordered 3 but the price came out to be $24+. When I questioned it from customer service and by phone, they said there was a glitch in the system and did not honor the $19.98 price. I therefore, canceled my order. I believe if they wanted to keep me as a customer, they should have honored that price that was posted.

False Advertising: Blissy 3900 W Alameda Ave 12th Fl Burbank CA 91505 in Los Angeles County operating as Blissy.com on 3/19/22 10:57AM emailed me an advertisement promo with 3 Year Anniversary Sale discount and special coupon pricing with free shipping. I tried to buy 2 Queen Blissy Champagne Dream Sets. The price shown on the website after adding them to my cart was $66.58 per set. BUT when I tried to check out the price increased to $84.47 per set - an overcharge of $17.89 per set ($35.78 total). This ad/promo pricing was live all weekend. I emailed Support and submitted a website Chat Request on 3/19/22 asking Blissy to honor the advertised pricing. All replies from Support were irrelevant to the problem even though I tried to re-clarify 3 times on 3/20/22 and twice 3/21/2022 replying to support emails. I even received replies with no text, only including a new advertisement with higher pricing. I asked for my problem to be escalated to a manager and noted that it's illegal to fail to honor advertised prices, there was no reply. Ultimately on 3/21/22 I called Blissy support 888-590-9670. The first 3 calls were transferred with only silence when picked up. A 4th call with my number blocked was answered by a female. I started to explain the problem. She interrupted me, sounding like she knew who I was and why I was calling, to explain the advertised price was a mistake that went out and was active all weekend when they don't work, and they returned to the office today to the big mess! She said the advertised prices were an error and Blissy would NOT be honoring them - no apology. I wonder how many consumers didn't notice they were over charged? This might have impacted a lot of people since the pillow case was on Oprah's Favorite Things at one point, even though I have now seen many quality complaints and other complaints online. Imo this business appears unethical and doesn't seem to stand behind their products/service. I don't patronize businesses like this.
