My experience with Blissy is amongst the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Despite my order being placed on the 8th December, my product still hasn’t been delivered, there has been no update from Blissy and despite following up with their customer support I’m still no wiser as to whether my product will ever arrive. My distinct impression is that Blissy’s support function could care less. I would never use Blissy again.

I made an order on 24th November. I have still not received the item. I initially checked the tracking which states the parcel arrived in London UK with the postal carrier on 5th December and has not moved since. When contacting customer service they keep replying with the same response asking me to follow the tracking link. I asked them to send out a replacement and they ignored and sent me the same response to check tracking, I asked if they could contact the courier UPS and I got ignored with the same response to check tracking, I’ve asked to put in a complaint, and I got the same response, I asked for a refund and they said they will not issue a refund. What else can I do? I want my money back from this awful company, never ordering again. Do not recommended this company. Poor communication via customer services and lack of respect for customers. Awful.

Ordered pillowcases and scrunchies in the 8th December and still no delivery. Received an email after enquiring on a delivery date, saying the order was shipped on the 20th December and will take 15-20 days arrive. I know we’ve had a postal strike but not had this problem with any other company I’ve ordered from.

It's not my first time to have a silk pillowcase. Finally came to get the Blissy pillowcase and also the mesh laundry bags this November. I would say the Blissy ad on Youtube is not misleading at all! I really have had a deep sleep with the pillowcase. Their mesh laundry bag is the best mesh bag I have seen so far! I always use mesh bags for all of my clothes into the laundry washer and Blissy has made the best mesh bag so you never need to worry about your delicate garments, etc. I have ordered 5 more sets of the mesh bag on their Black Friday Sale!

Ordered a pillowcase on December 15. It said it would be here before Christmas. Still hasn't came. After numerous emails asking where my order is, why is it at the same place since the 19th at Burbank, CA USPS. I asked for my money back and surprisingly I got an email saying they refunded my money back. I will never order from this website. Such a fraud. Amazon sells them.

I ordered 3 pillow cases and one came with a defective zipper that will only open halfway so there is no way to get the pillow into the case. My contact with them by email has been frustrating (I sent the requested information and then they requested more information, including videos of the zipper, which I am unable to do). The email has a very defensive tone about how good their quality control is, which implies the customer must have caused the problem, whatever it is. With a 60 day return policy I want to be sure this is handled in time as the pillowcase was expensive. I called their listed phone and was told returns are only handled through email. When I told the woman how frustrating the process seems to be, she disconnected after making it clear it wasn't the problem of her part of the company.

When I was placing an order, I was asked if I wanted to purchase a few additional items. Uncertain of the expense of the order, I purchased a few of the recommended items. I figured it would let me know the total price before the order was completed. It did not. Instead, it just completed the order. There was no option to cancel it. It has taken forever to get a response from customer support.

I ordered on November 25th. The order still hasn't shipped. Only excuse they said that it will get shipped out asap. Wanted them for Christmas. Do not use this Company. No sense of urgency for their customers
