Well, I ordered 2 pillowcases on their Black Friday sale. STILL HAVEN’T ARRIVED! I’ve emailed about it several times. I keep getting the run around. My next stop is to call my bank to reverse the charges. Also, they don’t allow you to see comments on Facebook because I’m sure many people have the same experience. Avoid this company!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Shipping has taken over two weeks and still no shipping date in sight. Customer service is not helpful. OVER TWO WEEKS FOR A PILLOW CASE!! Absolute garbage. STAY AWAY!!

Do not order!!! Go anywhere else!!! Be warned you will not receive your item and will be left out of pocket. After 2 months I still have nothing and they won’t respond to my requests for a refund. Starting to escalate with the bank now. Absolutely disgraceful company!

Awful experience. Order made on 28/11 in the hope it would arrive before Xmas but despite it being ‘In Transit’ since 11th December it has yet to arrive. While they are decent with the email replies there is little information given that you don’t already know. Apparently most of it is due to the Royal Mail strike which sounds convenient!

Ordered and paid for pillowcase on 29th November - by the 14th December not heard anything so I emailed them . After asking for details already provided hey presto the order was suddenly activated . Despite asking why the order had not been activated in November all I got was a reply email quote " Please be advise (sic) Royal Mail experiencing a delay on orders ". According to the tracking details the item was just starting its journey in the USA ! nothing to do with the Royal Mail in the UK . Not a very honest company - the item ordered as a Christmas present finally arrived 28th December.

I can’t comment on the pillow case as I haven’t received it yet. Ordered it the beginning of Dec and here we are 4 weeks later - I still haven’t received it. They advertise it as a Christmas special but can’t deliver. When I contacted them they said they arent responsible for shipping delays. When I contacted them after 3 weeks it hadn’t been shipped.

Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered in November 2022 and product still not received! Emailed customer services on a number of occasions and they only reply was it’s in transit! I can track from my end but it’s been in London Heathrow since the 23rd of November. Avoid this company and order from a more reputable company. I would give 0 stars if this was an option

Previous employee here- do NOT spend your money with this brand. The owners have been known for creating scam companies, even being fined millions by the FTC (you can look it up with the owner's name and FTC, they paid 10 MILLION in fines). When I worked there, nothing was ever in stock and we were told to lie to customers and say we were just delayed in shipping, when really, we didn't have the product in the warehouse. CS Manager will call everyone liars, and employees regularly hung up on customers if they didn't want to deal with them. They know that older people will buy from here and use their confusing website that causes them to spend an arm and a leg on products they know are meant to fail. Spend your money elsewhere, this isn't worth it.
