The price of the product on the website is a closely guarded secret. This makes me very suspicious.

A photo speaks volumes! One pillowcase with at least 8tears all over. Quality on this batch was horrific❗️ I have purchased 5.2 have tested to get a replacement but was after the 30/60 days…. Doesn’t matter! Shouldn’t matter it’s torn in shreds I do not use any bleach products either🤬 The last purchase (a floral “lily” king size) I was supposed to receive at least a 50%disc. And your site wouldn’t do more than 30. I have complained too many times and sent photos. This company should send me a new pillow case that matches one of my others. the products are five star but the customer service is the poorest of all ... they are arrogant and think they are always right ... after buying a lot and not taking discounts because we are not offered any in Canada thus far for me anyways... they delivered the last product while the gate was closed and left it outside the gate and someone took the item as seen on ring.com and I informed them but they still did not reply ... at least reply sorry we are not giving refund.... we dont really need you as customer well now Canada is not purchasing as much do you wonder why...??

Amazing products and brilliant customer service, we've got a little collection now and love them. Never had a single issue with any purchase over the last couple of years.

I bought 8 blissy pillowcases in the past years. I do enjoy sleeping on them but the life span when using them daily is maybe 1-2years . The material falls apart . I even purchased blissy wash bags to protect them, still was the same . Cheap amazon silk pillowcases for around 30dollars are outlasting my Blissy pillowcases

To begin with, this pillowcase was an expensive gift. It does not have a cooling affect. It actually causes my head to sweat. There’s a tiny bloodstain that I can’t get out. Soaked it all night in cold water. Next day I laundered per instructions and the stain remained. Soaked it again in cold water to no avail. Of course I don’t have the receipt as it was a gift. I’d like compensation for this product which doesn’t live up to the ads. Sheri A Tell

Horrible Customer Service. Inaccurate website description so I requested an exchange for the one I wanted. Followed Al the procedures for the exchange. After a month and a half of waiting, 22 emails and 5 phone calls with rude uncaring Customer Service people I could not get them to send me my exchange. They had the return and my money but would not send me the correct pillowcase. They don’t care about their Customers. Worst experience ever. All I wanted was a simple exchange .

#BLISSY has ZERO customer service! We ordered 2 KING SIZE pillow cases.\ After only a few hand washes the zipper on one pillow case fell off. We contacted #Blissy Customer Service without resolution so we contacted the Better Business Bureau to register Blissy's poor quality issue. #Blissy responded with the promise of a full refund. Two months later still NO REFUND! Blissy RIPOFF!
