Never received my parcel. I asked the Blissy for an update, they replied with a single image of them loading a lorry. Package said delivered on 11th December, but Jan 16th and I still have nothing Turns out the parcel was delivered on 11th but an 1hr 30m away, despite my address being on the order and confirmed by Royal Mail when investigating. The photo proof of delivery was the exact same image of them loading the lorry they sent before as a delivery update. They have ignored my emails since and would only respond to me with the same tracking link. My issue isn’t the delivery, that may have been royal mails fault, but their lack of communication and professionalism I’ve experienced is astonishing

Blissy makes great products. They are on the pricey side, but if you have curly hair, their silk pillowcases are a game-changer. Their products are high quality and well-made. I bought 2 pillowcases and a sleep mask from them over 3 years ago. I use them daily, wash them regularly, and they’re still going strong.
