False advertising
I specifically called to ensure that the prescription I was being sent was new. I was assured that it was new and would last 30 months. It was an expensive medication, not covered by insurance and the extended time was key in me deciding to use BlinkRx and this prescription. When I received the medication, it had been sitting on a shelf for A FULL YEAR!!! There was only 18 months left on the prescription. I have been told that I "am on a list" to contact for when patients receive a prescription that is good for less than 24 months, but so far, no real attempts to rectify the situation have been made

To provide some clarification, the manufacturer of your medication determines the 30-month shelf life based on the date of manufacture, not the date it is dispensed. This means that by the time it is filled and shipped, the medication may have fewer months remaining on its labeled shelf life.
