If you aren’t going to fill a…
If you aren’t going to fill a prescription whether it’s not in plan or you can’t for any reason you should tell the patient and not leave it in limbo. 4 calls maybe yes maybe no we’ll get back to you not a word. You did fill one as promised but 50% quality isn’t enough.
