I waited 2 weeks and a few days for my Xdemvy Rx, which was to go to a specialty pharmacy. I had to call 4 times at both places only to finally learn that Blink faxed my Rx to an incorrect phone number. I was asked what the correct fax number was, which I never would have known, except that the specialty pharmacy had given it to me to give to my prescribing doctor so that they could fax it in directly. WHY Blink would assume that I would have the specialty pharmacy’s fax number is beyond me.

About 4 days ago, I wrote a statement saying the BlinkRx practices are deceptive. Now that I have received a phone call to clarify the process, I feel better about it. I didn't fully understand what they're doing, and now I get it. Thanks for the follow up and explaining how I can get the medication!

Besides the stinging my eyes are so tender that it’s painful to hold my eye with my finger for 1-2 minutes. I also have a prescription with Vital Tears that I use 4X a day and it’s a lot for me

The second bottle I got was not effective in delivering one drop in each eye. The first bottle (sample given by the doctor) was--I read up on how to "prime" it by turning it and squeezing it then after, delivering a drop to the eye. It worked. The second bottle, though, as soon as you turn it over, it drips . I lost a lot of medicine that way. I hope future bottles are better!!
