Unbelievably inadequate
Impossible to navigate. Nowhere to login or to enter DoB and NHS number. I have complained to my Surgery who say "there are some problems". This software should be withdrawn while a serious overhaul takes place

My insurance did not cover the…
My insurance did not cover the medicine. However they did not charged me and provided the eye drop for free. Also the eye drop was delivered within 48 hours.
