The website is easy to navigate & they quickly shipped product without any issues. I’ve received relevant & clear communication concerning insurance, payment, & shipment of my eye drops every step of the way.

I am receiving Miebo eye drops. The first two refills went smoothly. I am leaving for Costa Rica Sunday and will run out while I’m there. I have emailed them 3 times and sent multiple texts but have heard nothing. At this point I’m rationing the drops to make them last longer. It just seems strange that no one responds to messages!!

My wife needed a prescription filled through her eye doctor as a pre-treatment for cataract surgery. The doctor gave her a coupon which knocked the price down from $2000 to $30. She placed the order, but it never arrived. We tracked the package through UPS who delivered it to the wrong address (the driver took aa picture of the package on the porch, but it is not our house). We contacted BlinkRx and offered to send them pictures of our front porch, but they said that wasn't necessary, they would probably approve re-shipment and would send us an e-mail. When that didn't happen, we called them and they told us the package was being processed and they would call us back in a few minutes with tracking info. When the didn't happen, we called them back and they told us that re-shipment had been denied and that somehow, this was our fault and they wanted $2000 dollars to reship, presumably using the same company and the same driver who will more than likely deliver it to the wrong address again. A prescription of this value should have been mailed to a local pharmacy, but apparently, this would constitute a conflict of interest. Most companies would make good on an error like this, but BlinkRx has chosen to give us the shaft.

I like the medication delivered via courier service and had no issues.

When I was contacted by a representative I submitted my medical information. It came back zero cost with 3 refills. After receiving the 1st one I received multiple texts and e-mails stating I needed to provide more information. The information they "needed" was my credit card that stated a $30 fee would be necessary for the refills.

I’ve had nothing but problems with this organization fulfilling and shipping my prescription in a timely manner. My doctor sent a prescription refill request in December. January rolls around and I get NO notification that my prescription is shipping. I have the doctor send another refill request just in case. They still haven’t sent it. I call and they said they received the request in December and have no idea why they haven’t refilled it yet or what went wrong. No apology. They said they’d put it through right away. As of today (48 hours later) they still have not sent any notification that it’s been sent and I’ve run out of my meds. If I could have it sent to my regular pharmacy I would so I’d never have to deal with their crappy customer service. They put peoples lives at risk by not sending meds in a timely manner.

Everything with my orders has gone smoothly. I like the updates via text and email. No pharmacy locally will fill this perscription, so I'm thankful for BlinkRx.
